Staff were so friendly and helpful from our arrival until even after we left. We booked last minute as our original hotel was very poor and we had to check out. We arrived late evening at Oasi San Francesco. Reception and kitchen staff were accommodating in keeping the kitchen open so we could have dinner. Friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our 3 night stay even with our very limited Italian. Even after we checked out, a misplaced passport was brought out to the airport by Giovanni on reception duty as no taxi was immediately available. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was at additional charge but sufficient for our needs.

Nothing. The hotel itself more than met our needs on very short notice and the staff were all excellent.

I loved the theater conservatory School buildings and gardens and connected to a church very Cambridge-Oxford feel to it. Rooms very big and clean and the team up all night in the big lobby with open doors to the garden. Super safe as surrounded compound with huge electronic iron gates. Modern tvs in all rooms with about 900 channels & only $53.00 😲 wow

At night I took the wrong bus from the Metro at McDonalds 881 and walked in residential neighborhoods about 1 kilometer although it was cool to see the local pizza cafes etc yet in the morning the receptionist told me the 881 came up to the iron gates of the compound on the opposite side so it's actually very close.

Location is very close to bus stop. The room is huge and clean. They sell any type of drinks and snacks, and we can enjoy it even until night.

My room is very close with the corridor door which every guest who wants to go to their room, will go through this door. It is very noisy in the morning around 7 AM because the guests always go in and out through this door. It would be better if the corridor door keeps opening without closing, in order to avoid disturb other guests. Thank you.

It is a very quiet place. Staff welcoming and helpful. They have a nice bar where you can relax and cool down from the city heat. Cheers to our man from Napoli. We booked it last minute at very late hours, they accepted us and overall it exceeded its rating on booking.

It is a bit off for the sightseeing but there's a bus station nearby so it's not a big deal.

Clean large room , friendly staff, car park, views acceptable, elevator, cleaning service daily, bus stops close by and regular buses,fridge in room. Some staff had no English but were very helpful. Air con.

No tea coffee items in rooms. Wifi very patchy in my room and unavailable in eating area.Nearest supermarket not really very close. Breakfast offering all cake. Toast and jam not available for breakfast but would be an easy addition here.

Th location was in peaceful calm zone of Rome , very clean the stuff was lovely and available 24h for any request you had and was so kind the room was good and super clean with air condition and the location is not near the center but 3 min walk to access public transport I loved my stay there

The only issue is that they didn’t have wifi in the rooms , but it is specified on their page so it would be a plus if they had it but I have to specify that on their page it was already written that wifi is not available so I think you go there already prepared (and if you want to work on the ground floor it is available with areas where you can sit and work in tranquility

Comfortable room with ac and tv. Nice espresso bar with excellent Italian coffee and cakes in reasonable prices.

Not all the staff could speak English.

.very safe , quiet clean and relaxed. easy parking ,,drinks and snacks availabl 24 hr , very quiet neighbourhood , breakfast was basic with pastry and cereals an amazing espresso.

Good room, cosy bed, good people at the reception, you may buy something to eat within 24h (croissants, drinks). Very close to a bus stop (3min or 1h walking :) 20-35 min from the airport. I would recommend it.

Not a problem, just so you are aware. If your window is next to porch, some visitors could be sitting there speaking loudly, but to fix this you just need to ask the receptionist for assistance, 'cause after 11PM there should be quiet.

The service was excellent. The location of the hotel is in a quiet residential area, which enables a good rest after sightseeing in Rome.

Changing two city transports to the center of Rome, but luckily the bus stop is at a distance of 5-6 minutes from the hotel, which is close.
