The room was as described on Booking.com. Quiet location, no street noise. Bathroom/toilet were well equipped. Room service was ok. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was pretty standard but reach and tasty. Friendly reception staff.

The hotel is located on a hill, quite far from public transport. The socket above the table did not work, so the kettle had to be plugged into the sockets to the left of the TV or near the bed. The air conditioning worked strangely: the first three days only for cooling, and the temperature was below 18 degrees, which is not my favourite in November. Wi-Fi required registration, which did not work on my tablet. There was no closet or shelves for things/clothes in the room, just a strange metal frame. Had to ask for additional hangers for shirts (but they were provided immediately). The cost per night seems to be a bit overpriced for this level of comfort.

The pool area was great. The rooms were a good size and clean. The 3 gentlemen at the front desk were incredible.

The place was really nice, but needs a bit of fixing up, alot of small things in the rooms were falling apart (we had 3 rooms). The WiFi was horrible. The air conditioning was horrible, we died of heat in the rooms (wouldn't get colder then 24 degrees) The staff at the bar were ok, there was a gentlemen named Paulo who was a real asshole, he even tried to rip us off on our bill.

The Hotel is located 7 km from the center of Roma and about 20 km from FCO airport, a very fast drive to FCO. The room is big, well designed with a modern look, the Hotel also has a good modern look. The shower room is big and was good. The restaurant is well…. Not recommended. We were hungry when we arrived afternoon and since the hotel is not located near restaurants, we set to eat in the hotel restaurant, well… it was a big mistake, the beef was dry, hard even after we asked for a medium, it came well done. The carbonara was poor. The breakfast is ok, not more. Ohh, it has a great free parking space right in front of the entrance! Very important if you have a car!!! Overall it is a good hotel and the price was reasonable.

The restaurant is not recommended, eat outside.

20 minutes drive from Vatican Taki about 17€. Newley renecated, free parking and included breakfast.

Little away from the city

New facility, lovely pool and a free shuttle bus to nearest metro station. Together with the free parking and the vicinity to Roma Aurelia train station (1km walk) a perfect base to visit Rome without the need to take the car into the centre.

Shuttle bus can't be booked so you are never sure you will get on. For the rest no issues

Employees were friendly and quite easily available when needed. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Breakfast was ok, basic breakfast foods, nothing fancy. We really appreciated the air condition in the rooms which were active 24/7, as some hotels deactivate AC when you leave room. As we were expecting temperature to be high on our stay in Rome, having swimming pool in the hotel was really great to relax and cool yourself. Location was not the best one, but luckily hotel offered transportation to closest subway station and city bus stop was just a 5-10 min walk away, train station was also about 15 min walk away and it was affordable to use (1€/person to city center) and you could buy ticket to train in the station from automat.

Location, there were no walkways available to walk to reastaurants nearby, so need to walk next to highway which was a bit scary. Bar was understaffed, in few evenings needed to wait ~30min to get a drink as there were larger groups in the bar.

The hotel is very new and modern. The lobby area is very spacious with lots of room to hangout. The breakfast was very delicious and decently priced. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely renovated. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from Rome center and has a few restaurants down the street.

The bathroom looked newly renovated but the handheld shower holder was already broken and the sink faucet was leaking, flooding the half the counter top. The A/C did not cool to the temperature set so it was hot. The Wi-fi was also not the best.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming and also very understanding of your requirements. The hotel is packed due to peak season and so it should as the service is top quality. The breakfast in the morning was very good and had a huge variety. The staff at the restaurant and bar are friendly and warm. The vibe was really positive. The staff helped me get another room when I arrived. Me and my parents were very impressed and enjoyed our stay at Belstay a lot ! Highly recommended this hotel if you are travelling to Rome.

Only issue is the distance to Central Rome. However the hotel has shuttle buses that take you to the metro station.

The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very smart. The room was very secure, a safe tk lock one's valuable belongings. The bathrooms were very clean, with readily available warm water.

I, however, had a challenge with my lights. They kept on switching off, and I couldn't quite figu4e out the mechanism to keep them on. Secondly, the television could not be connected to the internet. Hence, I couldn't use some of the smart applications such as Netflix.
