The hotel had a spacious, convenient, and secure parking area, which was a big plus. The breakfast was good, and it was great having a restaurant downstairs. The lounge area was comfortable and large, providing a nice space to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the height of the room provided a great view of the city.

Quality of the bedding and towels was below expectations. Also, while the room had a nice view, the curtains were too thin and didn’t effectively block out the light.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Well, it was good, but I didn’t know where they got 4 stars. No water bottle in the room, no ventilation in the windowless bathroom, some of the furniture kinda grungy and the air conditioning was lame.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Ilaria and Asia. Great AC during this hot weather. Bus stop in front of the hotel, and you could buy tickets at the desk. Great hot breakfast buffet. Very nice outdoor dining arrangement. Swimming pool available next door. Computers/printer available. Great value for a 4 star hotel.

Quite aways out of town. Menus never changed. (We were there 6 nights.) Reading room was nice touch, but no books to read, only a few magazines.

Mr Stephane at reception was excellent. He gave me good guidance to go around. He was there always when required. BIG THANKYOU. breakfast was very good. Good staff there.

No complaints

Internet worked perfectly, staff was really nice, the parking was perfect. Beds were pretty comfy and the shower was amazing.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, that's my only comment.. not the type of things served, but their quality (less items but better quality is always preferably over a million different things of average quality). For instance the coffee being a self-service machine coffee instead of a good quality coffee made by the staff was a bit disappointing for me.

Location was nice, easy to move around, the hotel was a nice business hotel, comfortable without being exceptionam

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was spotless clean and very welcoming.

Our only issue was the location as public transport wasn't an option to get into the sites each day so we spent alot of money on taxis.

it is somewhat far from most things but good value. also would have been great if the room had a kettle for tea.

The hotel was great, the staff is very carrying and helpful, the restaurant is of very good quality (both breakfast and dinner were wonderful!), the room was nice and very clean, the environment very quiet.

This is something which does not depend on the hotel management, but still: if you travel to the city center by public transport, you depend on bus 892 which sometimes arrives only once in an hour and during the weekend even less often.
