Too many light in the morning, difficult to avoid it

Quiet area lots of trees. Most of reception staff were helpful Good parking Internet was good Kettle in rooms. Good size fridge in room Balcony.with chairs.

The location was very far out of town no shops supermarket or restaurant walking distance only taxi or bus. Wooden Floors in rooms were worn out No.ice available Only transport was taxi or local bus 700mt away

Good hotel. A bit isolated. Clean, big rooms. Friendly staff, very helpful. Lot's of parking on the property

Nothing close withing walking distance but good food delivery service and the hotelstaff was very helpful in ordering food and taxis. Rome taxis are expensive compared with car rental. Breakfast was a little skimpy

The rooms were nice and clean, staff helpful. The pool was great as it was very hot.

Breakfast was basic, nothing cooked. Not a great selection of snacks No place nearby to eat, could get takeaway delivered.

The service is superb here, they clean very good and keep everything nice everyday.

The location is quite far away so you need car. The breakfast is ok, I wish there was something like a fruit or any option. Pool was closed

The hotel was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The location is in the middle of nowhere and hard to reach because there are no train stations or bus stops nearby. Bathroom door didn’t lock, balcony door lock required 3 mins just to open and the front door doesn’t lock automatically.

City tax not included in room price. 5 eur/ person x 6 persons x 7 days = 210 euros. I had to pay extra at the arrival.

Simple but functional and spacious rooms, with balcony/windows on an internal peaceful garden Very convenient, large and safe parking in an internal court Strategic location, very close to GRA (the ring expressway linking to the main highways), Fiumicino Airport, Rome centre (in particular Vatican/Prati area); seaside cities not far away Kind and attentive staff

Sound insulation of windows could be (largely) improved; While the location is strategic and good restaurants (and also shopping malls) are not far away, you MUST HAVE A CAR to fully enjoy the benefits of this hotel

the room is very bright and the beds are comfortable.. the breakfast are so yummy.. and we love the most are the swimmingpool and the staffs are so helpful... it's exceded my expectations... 👏 👏 👏 very recommended!
