A beautiful place to stay,clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and helpful. We check out very early in the morning and because we couldn't have the breakfast on that time (4.00 pm) they pack for us the drinks and snacks to have them on the road!🤗 Thank you very much!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Zaccardi during our trip to Rome, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city while also enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere upon our return. The staff were truly outstanding—professional, attentive, and always welcoming. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options and was of excellent quality—perfect to start the day. Overall, we are very pleased with both the service and the overall experience at Villa Zaccardi. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Rome.

A little away from "downtown" - - and that's a good thing. Located in the neighbourhood of Monteverde this hotel is a 15 min streetcar ride to the Colosseum. The staff is terrific. We arrived very early and they stored our bags. When we came back our bags were in the room. Excellent. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the tourist areas. There is an awesome market only a block away. Worth checking out. Beautiful terrace seating at the entrance to the hotel with excellent food and drink. Hotel guests get 10% off. Breakfast included. Nice buffet and cheery service. Great way to start the day. 10/10. Thanks Villa Zaccardi.

The beds were so comfortable very modern hotel and the staff were beyond exceptional! First girl we met at the desk kind of put me off but everyone else was amazing! The hotel is so clean and the food is superb! I will definitely stay here again if I am back in rome and would not stay anywhere else! Stayed here because it’s outside hustle and bustle of city centre and was the best decision ever!

The only downside was how early the checkout is but maybe because I’m used to Ireland checkout 12pm earliest and also being able to get a late checkout which we couldn’t get in this hotel but it really wasn’t too bad! Also just be aware tram out of service until December so busses and taxis to city centre!

We had a wonderful time during our 3-day stay in Rome. The villa is easily accessible by tram line 8. Everyone speaks English and the staff is very kind and helpful. There are several great-value restaurants in the area, perfect for an authentic dinner experience. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, with a wide variety of options to choose from — and you absolutely must try the cappuccino! The room is beautiful, the windows close tightly and block out noise effectively. Ours also had a balcony. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and even included a bidet. The toiletries provided were of excellent quality. In terms of value for money, we honestly don’t think we could have found a better place to stay in Rome.

Great rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and large bathrooms. The room has good air conditioning as well and the included breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The included breakfast is only from 7:30 - 9:30 so I would have appreciated another hour to sleep in with it ending at 10:30, which is more standard elsewhere in my experience. Similar to checkout being at 10:00 as opposed to a much more convenient 11:00. Also the location is far enough from the center that you will have to plan for long walks or cab rides to most attractions. Local transit would also be possible.

Our room was clean, comfortable and elegant. I like the small features of the stay, such as the privacy blinders, beautiful shower, full-body mirror, thoughtful dresser & storage design. The check-in process was straightforward. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. The location is perfect; it's close to the city center but far away enough from the hustling and bustling.

The breakfast selection wasn't as amazing as other hotels I've been to, but still very good. This may not be the hotel's fault, but they couldn't call a taxi for us because we came during a non-peak season. These remarks are small nitpicks; otherwise, I can't recommend this place more!

Quiet room with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood with a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. I recommend to taste the seafood in the associated Giano Bistrot. It is fantastic. Bus stops and tram # 8 are close by.

Would be nice if the breakfast would start at 7:00 instead of 7:30. The conference I was attending started at 8:30 which meant either to arrive late or skip the breakfast.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a little off the beaten path however we enjoyed the authentic experience. There are quite a few restaurants and cafés in the area and it is very easy to take a bus to popular areas such as Trastevere, to which we walked and took a bus back. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms and the entire property were very modern and clean. The room was small but just enough. There is a restaurant on site and worth trying for a snack or a meal.

There wasn't much we didn't like. It is notable to mention the rooms were small and a bit tight with our large luggage.

Breakfast was pretty ok. It was diverse in pastries and had a few salty options like ham, cheese, vegetables and omlette but nothing too fancy. Overall it was a good experiece for our first time in Rome. We had the tram station (tram number 8) right next to the villa and it was taking us right into the city center in Piazza Venezia. Bear in mind that it's an almost 40 minutes tram ride until you get there, so it might look close on the map but it's not, expecially if it's hot outside. Our room was cleaned every day and we liked that. The air conditioning was working really well and it was a life saved when coming back to our room from a 35-38 degrees temperature.

I think the elevator could have been faster. It's a one person elevator and it's very very slow, but for a person that has difficulties in climbing the steps until the 3rd floor, it's a good option even if it's slow. The walls are a bit thin in the bathroom area and you could hear the water pressure when the neighbours were taking a shower late in the night or early in the morning. Also if your room is facing the main street and you are a light sleeper then you'll hear the ambulance and motocycles and the traffic in general because the sliding window does not isolate the sound very well.
