The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, it felt safe walking around even at night, It is around 30 minutes away from the city center, I would highly recommend it also for solo travelers. The host, Alessandro, was accommodating with everything. He also provided a guide book in the b&b with highly recommended restaurants in the area. I like that it has a small lift, which is great for people with big travel luggages like us. They also provided daily room service cleaning.

The shower drain was a bit clogged, a bit slow for the water to go down but manageable.

This establishment perfectly mirrored the photo! Impeccably tidy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The host displayed remarkable responsiveness in addressing any inquiries. As I was traveling solo, the location boasted convenient access to taxis. Personally, I utilized the Uber app for my transportation needs. Notably, the room provided asecured door. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking proximity to the city of Rome, a mere 20 minutes away or less, barring any traffic congestion.

The owner was very helpful and communicative, he managed to get me some gluten-free pastry for my breakfast. He responded quickly to my questions and provided us thorough information concerning our check-in and stay in the city. We were also given travel and restaurant tips. I liked the accommodation for its cleanliness and coziness, fast Wi-Fi connection. The locality is quite far from the city centre but the district is lovely without crowds of tourists. Our bathroom was private but it was outside the room - we were fine with that cause the both entrances to our room and to the bathroom were separated from the corridor by a curtain. However I can imagine it might not be pleasent for someone so I decided to mention it here :). I liked our breakfasts in the near Ristorante Pizzeria Q20 - they served us delicious coffee and appetizing croissants for my friend who isn't on any diet - I really envied him! :-) We appreciated that the restaurant was open from 7 a.m. so we could go sightseeing early. Overall it was very good value for money.

Our room was located right above the noisy street and the window next to my bed wasn't sealed well, so it was quite cold in the room (however we turned on the air conditioning which partly solved the problem). It was quite difficult to open the entrance doors with our keys, the locks might need a little maintenance I suppose. Fortunately we recieved also the accesss code which saved us from staying outside :).

Nice location near Trastevere, good price/quality ratio, comfy beds, breakfast vouchers at nearby restaurant (coffee + sweet pastry). Check in via directed manual sent on WhatsApp by owner - very detailed and easy to follow, owner willing to help with anything. Definitely recommended

Private bathroom is a bit misleading as it is outside of the room. The bathroom entry is segregated from other rooms just by curtain, so anybody can access it. We did not encounter such situation, but just to be aware

Alessandro was a fabulous host and he communicated with me so well throughout the stay. The room itself is within an apartment, with a shared kitchen which was useful throughout the stay. The nearest train station is Quattro Venti, just one stop from Saint Paul, which is literally by the Vatican. The neighbourhood was lovely, lots of dogs and felt very residential and safe - the owners of the small restaurant from downstairs literally waved at us in the morning by day 3 of our stay. All in all it's a great value for money, although the rooms can get a bit noisy due to the thinner walls, especially if you happen to have louder neighbours, which we didn't have at all, but just in case maybe pack a pair of earplugs if you're a light sleeper like me (or buy a pack of 6 at the pharmacy from right underneath the apartments). We really enjoyed our stay and tried Alessandro's recommendations on food and things to do and see and we recommend that you do too, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was as described. Big clean room with comfy beds with a private bathroom (outside the room) for family of three. The neighborhood is quiet and has lots of transport options. The breakfast was tasty and you can pick out what to eat. The host was very friendly and helpful. Quickly answered every question we had and gave good tips . Had a pleasant stay!

The AC was kind of not working on full capacity. Not sure if we didn't use it correctly or something else but it's wasn't a big bother.

We liked the location, the place is in a good area, you can walk to some attractions and interesting places. We were surprised that every day they came to clean the room and changed the bed linen and towels. It was very pleasant! Clean, cozy, air conditioning is working.

We liked the neighborhood, although it's pretty far from the center.. the breakfast was just fine, cappuccino and croissant in the cafeteria across the building 😊 The room had comfortable bed and smart TV with Netflix 🤗

It is pretty far from the center, but once you learn the bus or tram schedule it's okay.. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom but since there were no people in other rooms it didn't bother us much.

The guy at the reception was so friendly, told us about the neighbourhood, where to eat where to shop etc. The rooms were clean and cosy. 2 minutes to the train station. 10 minutes walk to the bus station. Safe neighbourhood. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket where you can buy water at 20 cent.

The bathroom was seperate from the room, not that big problem. The location of the hotel was wrong in Google Maps.

The host was very nice and helpfull, the location was easy to connect to city center and all the important monuments, very close to train station. The room was very clean and bright
