Very clean room. Friendly host and quite responsive with messages

Quite a distance from the city centre. Unfortunately, the mattress was a bit hard and the bed a bit small for a tall person. While the breakfast was tasty, the people were impolite and did not care about hospitality. We were expecting no one to enter the room and make the bed in the morning as this is not a hotel. That was also a surprise when we returned and realised that someone had entered..

The location was quiet and the host was extremely friendly. He helped us manage the train delays and gave us really good food recommandations. It was close to the bus station and from there you can easily get anywhere in the city. The breakfast was amazing.

We had to go through the hall to get to the bathroom (but we knew from the beginning that this might be a possibility) and the water in the shower was either really hot or really cold.

I really liked the design and the fact that apartment was super clean. Owner put a lot of attention to details. I also liked the coffee place to which owner shares with you voucher for morning coffee and croissant☺ stuff there is very friendly and it is simply a nice place to start a day. Area is safe and there is also a small shop opened till later hours to buy water, fruits or wine. Owner was communicative and easy to reach. All questions were answered.

Location is far from the centre, trastevere is a 40 min walk. You can use city communication though but you need to change on the way depends on the destination.

The room looks exactly like the pictures. Evan is a great owner. He is very nice and helpful, we had no problem with anything. A great option is breakfast in a nearby cafe, which was included in the price of the room. The room is big and clean.

This apartment is just perfect! Very cozy and stylish, clean and pretty near to the center of the sightseeing’s of Rome! The house holder was very kind and helpful for everything we wanted! Must visit! ♥️

It is a clean place with everything what you need. Also breakfast was included, which was a surprise for us. It was a capuchino and croissant in a cafe in the corner.

Pillows were super hard and big.
