This beautifully renovated hotel/agriturismo offers spectacular views across the countryside. Located just a short walk from La Storta and right off the Via Francigena, it’s the perfect place to relax and treat yourself before the final day’s walk to Rome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely to explore — you can wander among the animals or sample some of their excellent locally produced goods. We dined at one of the on-site restaurants and enjoyed a warm atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food, followed by a generous and satisfying breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL, peaceful setting, incredible accommodations, wonderful staff!

We found out a week before our stay that there would be a wedding on the property, and the restaurant would be closed. That was okay…but we were not able to fully utilize the grounds around the lunch area, just to sit and play cars with the drinks we bought from the little cafe. It was clearly away from the wedding garden and restaurant. We were asked to leave. The music pounded on until about 1:30 am. Sooooo…it was a little bit more involved than just the main restaurant being closed.

We had a wonderful family stay at I Casai Del Pino in June 2023. This charming country house hotel has been beautifully restored from its humble origins as a rural building, preserving the authentic architectural elements of the original structure. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property. Our spacious room was impeccably designed with a personalized interior, showcasing unique vintage tiles and a perfect blend of reclaimed materials and vintage furnishings. The king-size bed provided maximum comfort, and we appreciated the modern amenities such as a telephone, flat screen TV, free WiFi, safe, hairdryer, and mini-fridge bar. The air conditioning ensured a comfortable temperature during our stay. The staff at I Casai Del Pino were exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service. The front desk was available 24 hours a day, ensuring our needs were always met. Room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall convenience. One of the highlights was the common hall, where breakfast was served. The old stone flooring, brick arches, and the grand fireplace created a truly enchanting atmosphere. The buffet menu offered a delightful selection of cheeses, salami, jams, and farm-produced sweets, allowing us to start each day with a delicious and satisfying meal. The location of the hotel provided a stunning view of the farm and the surrounding landscape. We enjoyed taking in the peaceful and picturesque scenery during our stay. Overall, our experience at I Casai Del Pino was exceptional. The restoration of this rural building into a country house hotel is truly impressive, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a charming and comfortable countryside retreat.

Beautiful environment, very relaxing. Restored farm converted in good taste as a hotel with restaurant, parking secure and within the complex. Host or staff friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, we felt cared for and welcomed. Views of a rural typical Tuscany landscape with tracks to walk. Feeling of past agriculture activity, lovely views, peaceful. We’d go back if on the same travel route again.

A lovely treat if you want to spoil yourself on the last night on the VF before walking into Rome. A beautiful room in a gorgeous setting. Very good breakfast. Restaurant dinner will be a bit more $$$ than you are used to but worth it. About 1km of the VF but again - worth it.

It was our third time coming to this magical place. The rooms are spacious and the bed super comfortable, the surroundings beautiful, the breakfast excellent with home-made cheese and jams among many other things. We will be returning without a doubt. 😊

This is a beautiful resort/farm that is very close to Rome yet you would never know that - if you didn't know you'd assume you were out in the countryside. The room was stunning, the onsite restaurant is excellent and the staff are attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good! See you net time!!

Absolutely superb accommodation in a quiet and picturesque location on the outskirts of Rome. We booked a suite with a sitting room which was perfect. The bed was king size and very comfortable. There is a mini bar, wardrobe and desk in the bedroom and sofa and chairs in the lounge. The bathroom has double sinks, fabulous rain shower over a bath and the best hair dryer I have used in any accommodation. The hotel is very quiet and we were not disturbed by any other guests. The hotel has a lift for those heavy pieces of luggage, a great asset. Breakfast is continental but offers scrambled eggs and cold meat and cheese as well as yoghurt, cereal and sweet items. Fabulous coffee at breakfast. There is an excellent restaurant on-site but you need to book in advance. We only stayed one night on our way to Tuscany so I wanted to be able to park our car and not have to drive out to dinner, I Casali Del Pino ticked all the boxes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the location is amazing, we go to Casali del Pino once a year because it's like home for us. the food is amazing (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner) and it's just heartwarming staying in the countryside with no cars, traffic, noise and pollution. Just fresh air, animals, and peacefulness.
