The place is huge and beautiful. The pool (24hr, what a perk) area is like an oasis. Great to relax and take a swim. The pool is well lit at night too. My girly and I really enjoyed our time. The inside of the property is antique and pretty and well kept. The dinning area is updated and super cute. Breakfast was simple and good. You have multiple options from bakery, cereal, yogurts fruits coffee, so good. The family is very hospitable and always ready to answer any questions we had. The room was super spacious and the bathroom as well with a tub and stand up shower. Separate room with duvet and toilet. The place isn’t super close to the central area where the sites are but it was worth it. Bus rides are easy to use. Definitely take a portable charger, being out and about in the city sight seeing you will run out of battery and the only place to charge up is at a bus stop with a charging station.Patrizia recommended Maggiorre (I think that’s the name) to eat the pizza was sooo good, the charcuterie we ordered as an appetizer was great! They don’t have cocktail options but they do have beer and some liquors to choose from.

We loved our stay at Villa Albina. It felt like a piece of paradise. It was comfortable and quiet, we loved to lie by the pool and have a swim (a little fresh in the pool as only end of May but still very pleasant). Gian and Patrizia were very friendly and took great care of us, making us nice breakfast and coffee, booking our taxi into central Rome and giving advice on local places to eat. The room was very nice, with bath and shower, comfortable bed, fridge, plenty of space. We’d happily return and certainly recommend.

It is a bit out of town, but you could drive, get a taxi or bus into town. We stayed our last night in central Rome at another property (planned in advance so we could experience the city too) and it was so much noisier and muggier there - we much prefer the peace of Villa Albina, especially after a busy day in Rome seeing the sites.

A beautiful villa with amazing pool. The kids (14,11 and 9yrs) spent hours swimming and relaxing. Patricia and Gianluigi went above and beyond to take care of us. Breakfast was served well and filling. It was amazing to stay slightly further from the city to relax when not sightseeing. We would definitely go back again.

Patricia and her husband (think his name was Gian) made us feel so welcome and nothing was a problem. We had our car which was parked brilliantly. Patricia served us breakfast in the morning. The pool was amazing. I had a swim on my own when I checked in. We just wish we had more time there but as we were on a road trip we only had one night. Patricia organised a taxi into the city centre. We took the Big Bus around Rome and we got a taxi home. €22. Absolutely lovely accommodation. We will be back!!! Can’t recommend enough

We felt right at home with the warm welcome from Patrizia. Nothing was a bother and the room was lovely. Easily commutable from Rome, we had a car and parking was really easy. Beautiful surroundings, great advice from the hosts and breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Our last stay after 4 weeks in Italy and was definitely the best. Thankyou, we will stay again.

Nothing at all

Comfortable room furnished with a homey touch, relaxing garden, and above all, you feel like a family guest rather than a hotel customer. Recommended. Location: perfect if you arrive in car, parking inside structure. Hotel is close to villa Borghese parking , from where you can walk and visit Rome.

The property was amazing. Very welcoming, all facilities and amenities needed were provided. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, washed and ironed our laundry and wouldn’t even let us pay them. The property is beautiful and quiet, and not far from city center garages.

It was amazing.

Accommodation is very nice! the householder and his wife are very enthusiastic, let us have a feel at home, they are still warm reception we at one o 'clock at night, and enthusiasm for our breakfast in the morning, where there is a very beautiful courtyard, nice big swimming pool! here is especially suitable for vacation, after roma will also live here, also will recommend here with my friends❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

I think this place is very quiet and suitable for leisure vacation, compared to some hotels in the city center, and there are buses, which is very convenient

What a relaxing place to stay in Rome! A short distance from all of the crowds, Villa Albina offers privacy and quiet in a luxurious garden. We happened to stay during a heat wave in Rome and the shady garden and lovely pool were a wonderful escape. The staff is so incredibly helpful as well.
