Big room, enough for a family of four, Breakfast was OK. Coffee was Excellent. Parking is free, this can be a major plus for those driving across Italy, Although I don't recommend driving in Rome if you are not familiar with driving in big cities and Italy specifically.

Distance from the attractions, Public transportations are available but will take significant time to get to the attractions, when multiplied by the number of family members, taking a taxi is the best option, which adds about 25 Euros in average each way

Only sweets at breakfast, however great coffee was served. The rooms are very large (we had quadruple room) with tall ceilings. The location is far from city center, however we took the 913 bus from the station very close from the hotel. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, in a quiet and safe area. We also ate very good, traditional food at a superb tavern recommended by the concierge.

The room was extremely clean, however it could benefit of a new fresh coat of paint. Some fruits or meats and cheese would be appreciated for the breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! The staff are extremely kind and friendly, which made our stay very enjoyable. The coffee is absolutely exceptional, and the location is not only very safe and clean, but it also has a large, free, and secure indoor parking area, which is a great advantage. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Additionally, the location is central and very easily accessible by bus. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Big room, new furniture, generally clean (sheets and towels are very white, which is important). Access to the city center quite easy, 30 min with the bus, quiet and safe area. A big plus is the safe parking in the closed courtyard.

Extremely poor internet and, because of the thick walls of the building, also the network and mobile data are poor. The windows and the exterior blinds are very dirty and the walls in the room would also need to be cleaned and painted. Breakfast is ok, but everything sweet, as I saw it's quite standard in Italy.. We would have preferred some meat, eggs, vegetables. But the negatives were not a deal breaker for us, overall it's a good stay.

Sweet breakfast is ok but after few days I started missing salty staff like ham and cheese

The property was beautifully clean, beds were so comfortable. The staff were really helpful. Coffee was excellent! The rooms were well equipped and our room was cleaned every day. The shower in our room was amazing, we were given soap etc and there was a hair dryer which was brilliant. I highly recommend the restaurant closest to the accommodation for delicious Italian food that is so cheap in comparison to the centre of Rome. Once you master the buses and trains you can get anywhere. We were even able to get back to the airport easily. Purchase the 3 day Bus and train ticket for €18 euros, it’s brilliant value if you want to be out and about.

It is located away from the centre of town which took us a day to find out how to get tickets for the bus and navigate buses and Metro travel. Our first day was a bank holiday so everywhere was closed. A lovely Italian lady on the street gave us 3 tickets for the bus! The silver lining of this is that you are immersed in Italian culture. We spent very little time with the hordes of tourists at the major sites. If you want an easy location where you ‘step out’ this may not be the place for you. On our first day we caught the bus to Monte Mario which terminated at the train station. This is on the opposite side of the road. Stay on the same side as the accommodation take the 913 to Ottiviano which is perfect for the Metro and St Peter’s Square.

The accommodation exceeded expectations with an exceptionally clean room. The sweet breakfast was a hit with the kids, although some savory and healthier options would be appreciated. The beds were remarkably comfortable, and both the facility and the courtyard made a lasting impression. With efficient transportation planning (bus + metro), you can reach the city center within 40 minutes.

Polite staff. The location is near to the bus stop. Breakfast was good. There is a chapel inside the compound.

The room was too cold. Per staff they can not turn on the heater until a certain date, it’s a city ordinance.

I like everything about the facilities and staff was curtios alwas ready to help and mke the stay more pleasent.

Place was a little bit far from airport but closer to almost every place i visited, breakfast could be little bit more fir whar we pay there was only coffe, juice nd bread at least they could have a continental breakfast cause they onl advertise breakfast included didn't know what it was other than that no complains

Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds, A/C and a modern bathroom, well located with bus stop only 3 minutes away to get quickly to downtown. Free parking and friendly staff made this stay very pleasant. There is even a shared fridge and freezer to cool personal things.

It was all good and reasonable value. The breakfast maybe a bit simple and too sweet, no savory option, but sufficient to start the day.
