We have been to Rome many times, but Suite Pinturicchio was a hidden gem that we would for sure come back to on future visits. The host was very service-minded and attentive to our needs. Our questions were answered promptly and accurately. His English was very good. And it doesn’t hurt that he shared the same views on football 😊 Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast arrangements worked just fine for us. Meeting new people in the small breakfast room where we all helped ourselves to whatever we wanted for breakfast was an extra positive experience. Suite Pinturicchio is in a quiet neighborhood where we felt safe and relaxed. The lively restaurant area Ponte Milvio is within a short walking distance. Suite Pinturicchio has a unique location when it comes to public transportation. The Tram #2 is just a few minutes away and takes you directly to Piazza Del Popolo where you can catch the Metro – or be in walking distance to so many of Rome’s famous attractions. A small bus station is also a few minutes’ walk away from Suite Pinturicchio and just across from the tram stop. Also very convenient for “less walking” connections to and from great attractions. And to add to the many pluses of this place, there are also many public parking spaces all around the Suite Pinturicchio . (payable).

My friend and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Rome, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! From the very beginning, we felt welcomed thanks to the kind and hospitable attitude of the hotel owner. Max met us as soon as we arrived and checked us in immediately — such a warm welcome! The hotel itself is very clean and cozy. The hallway and rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We especially appreciated the kitchen, which was nicely equipped and accessible at any time — a great bonus! The location is also a huge plus. We came to attend a concert at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, and it was only a 15-minute walk away. There's also a bus stop just 10 minutes away, with buses to the city center running every 5 minutes — super convenient. Highly recommended! Thank you, Max, for making our stay in Rome so enjoyable.

We would have appreciated a kettle in the kitchen to make tea, and it would be nice to have some basic bathroom amenities like cotton pads or swabs.

Massimiliano was very nice and helpful, he met us and showed everything. He gave us plenty of information about transportation, facilities, even a map of the city. The location is good, easy access to public transportation (~40 min to Trevi or Colloseum including getting to station and waiting time). The apartment: very clean(it was cleaned everyday, as well as our room). There is a shared kitchen and 3 rooms for the guests. The room: it includes the bedroom and a private bathroom. Besides a comfortable bed(10 out of 10), there is also a wardrobe, tv, desk and chair, trash can, iron and the table for it, a big mirror. The kitchen: a shared space with 3 tables (for 2 persons), very nice decorated. In the kitchen you can also find a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils, no oven. The breakfast includes coffee/tea, water, different kinds of bread(white, whole grain), cheese, butter, jam, cereals, milk and a big variety of pastry. There is also water you can use and also you could have food delivered. Generally we were very satisfied with this b&b, it is totally worth the money.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything happens in the hall and kitchen. It is especially disturbing at night. A pair of one use slippers would be great, just to walk to the kitchen and back to the room. Some boiled eggs and ham in the morning would have made the breakfast a lot, a lot better. Still, i would totally recommend the apartment to my friends.

Continental breakfast was perfect. The staff were "So nice" and helpful. Because of the location, it will require a form of city transportation. Max went out of his way to explain the modes of transportation to the city and sites. The neighborhood is safe and quite.

Location. Walking to sites is too far to do. Having to always use city transportation vs the ability to walk around.

Clean and had a kitchen and breakfast provided (cereal ,croissants , bread , tea and coffee and air con Host (Massimiliano) is great is always there if you need information to get around Rome. Also there are great restaurants, shops around the area

It’s about 10/15 minutes from centre but there is very reliable trains ,tram and buses so not really much of an issue generally just highlighting the distance between centre and the Suite pinturicho.

It is a little bit strange to be in a Suite with unknown people in another room, and without any stuff. Probably I have missed the idea of this kind of Suite and have thought that the room will be more separate. The owner and everything alse was super.

The room was very comfortable. The good A/C was very helpful! Max is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He is really committed to providing a great experience and value for his customers.

Perfect stay. What a lovely b&b. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern. Access to snacks and drinks whenever you please 👌🏻 Absolutely perfect for visiting the Stadio Olimpico. Easy to get into the center of Rome too. Take tram no 2 from Mancini, 2 min walk from the b&b. Massimiliano even drove me and my son to the Lazio store to obtain tickets for the match. 10/10 😀

everything! the host is super nice and welcoming.. since the moment you enter to this place you feel home ! everything is new and clean the room is very comfortable good size absolutely private shower and restroom - clean and new . bed is so good really comfy mattress . the common area is basically an open kitchen with food, drinks and coffee machine- everything is free day and night whenever you feel like you can just go out from your room to kitchen and take whatever you need . location is good too .. tram stop and is only 5 minutes walk from the place .. and after 6-7 stops you’re just in the old city gate . near the place you can find little local restaurants- I tried one - was great !

I really enjoyed my staying. Absolutely amazing and friendly staff. The room was impeccable and super clean. The bed was super comfy. Definitely 10 out of 10.
