The b&b was located in a convenient area for my conference in the auditorium. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. My room was immaculate; clean and well provided. Lovely bed, warm enough with a nice blanket. The shutters ensured a dark room. The bathroom was well equipped and a lovely shower. Drinking water was provided in the room as well as an assortment of pre packed breakfast items. A coffee machine and a water cocker. Host was lovely and helpful.

The apartment is quite noisy. There’s a lot of noise from the courtyard, most annoying were roaring motorcycles. There’s a lot of noise from neighboring appartements too. Doors to both rooms of the b&b are right next to each other and having inconsiderate fellow guests unfortunately disrupted my sleep 2 nights in a row.

Good communication, friendly, accommodating, clean room and bathroom, few bits (croissant, bread, juice) for breakfast. Air con and comfy beds.

Was a little bit out the centre, but knew that when booking. Walkable if you fancy it, and if not very easy to hop on the bus or get a Lime bike.

The B&B has a great host, cleanness, a comfortable room, and a small breakfast and coffee.

Getting into the B&B through all the block gates is complicated, especially at night. Navigation instructions are a bit confusing.

Location was the best and very eazy to ho anywhere, 10mints to termini. 5 mints from tram to flaminio. And the host is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Owners were very kind, assisted me despite my slight delay. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Great price/value ratio.

This B&B is actually 2-3 rooms inside the private apartment of the owners. It is pretty complicated to locate first and you need 5 different keys to get through all gates and doors. The breakfast is very basic.
