The staff was very nice and accommodating. Christian and the rest of the back of the house staff treated us like family. They are always trying to anticipate any additional needs we may have. Breakfast was a bonus since it was included. It was very similar to other hotels we stayed at in Europe. Quite frankly, if not for the excellent service of the staff, I would have rated the hotel much lower.

I had to deduct points for the air-conditioning. NON-EXISTENT. It got super hot in our room and there was no relief from the heat. Coming from the United States, we're accustomed to having individual room air-conditioners even in the lowest tier of hotels. Oh by the way, they should consider changing the mattresses also. Very flat and hard. It's not like this was a super cheap hotel. After staying at the Pillows in Brussels and NIU in Amsterdam, I know that hotel facilities in Europe can be better.

Breakfast was fine if you like carbs, but you have to order a regular breakfast for fee. Cappuccino was excellent.

The pillows were as flat as when I was a single man. How about some nice fluffy pillows? Ala Carte items in the room were a bit pricy. I don't think that it was clear either that it was another 10 euro per night for my wife to stay in the same room. The fees generally in the US are one price for the room regardless of whether it is one person or two.

Pound for pound one of my favourite hotels ive stayed in. Room was great, unique, warm and cosy with small but decent bathroom. Large balcony with pleasant view over the surrounding area. The neighbourhood is fabulous, real locals place with loads of bars and restaurants. Great value for money, especially for Rome. Breakfast was decent, especially the Omelette and cake! All the staff were locals, friendly and efficient

Trivial thing but tea/coffee machine in the room would have been a bonus

Beautiful facility and exceptional services provided by the welcoming staff! The complementary morning dining was my favorite experience. Having prosciutto, provolone, on toasted sourdough bread with a caffe cappuccino started my day of experiencing Italy a fabulous one. The room we stayed in was cozy and comforting after a long day of adventuring. The cleaning staff always made it look like no one was in the room the night before.

I am not a high maintenance individual, but my only dislike stems from my experience of working out in a gym or fitness facility. I always wipe down my equipment after use. While working out in the hotel's gym, I found a paper towel roll, but not a spray bottle with disinfectant. Just to be considerate, I used the hand sanitizer provided to wipe down the equipment. Not the most ideal way of doing so, but I thought to mention it if there was suppose to by a disinfectant spray.

Nice family room with old characteristics, Little balcony with breakfast in the room in the morning so nice ! Sugerstion : Please pre warn your customers if they prebooked breakfast that the room service breakfast( that was left to choose from in our room ) was not included and you need to pay separately for it.

Paying twice for breakfast. And bath was not so clean. Overall very happy with service and staff were really friendly 🧡

The hotel is located in a nice area far from the centre. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped and most importantly, clean. The staff are friendly and spoke some English, the breakfast is just ok, too many cakes, the pastries were sweet including the croissants.

Avoid room 102, it's on the ground floor at the entrance of the room's area, it's terribly noisy, staff are preparing coffee all night so can smell burn espresso coffee throughout the night and the noise of crockery. However, in room 106 where family were, it was very nice and calm. The breakfast could be improved.

A classic Roman hotel with all the modern conveniences. Well appointed and meticulously cared for. Near the Ponte Milvio bridge and the Tiber River…it is a bit of a distance from Roma centro and the Vatican but easily accessible. Breakfast is very good and the have an underground parking garage.

Our go too hotel when visiting Rome. Out of the City in a local's area near Ponte Milvio with its many restaurants and bars. Hotel is clear, welcoming and cosy. The bigger rooms are very impressive, the standard rooms are small but cosy. Pleasant small bar area and breakfast is good

Excellent room with a nice terrace and amazing bathroom. Vibrant but pleasant area, felt safe even late night. We were really happy with the hotel and will definitely come back.

One single thing: breakfasts are adequate but no more than that. It would be nice if one wouldn't have to pay extra for eggs. Otherwise all was great, but breakfasts are just not worth the price.
