This BNB is located great for either a leisurely stroll into the main part of Rome or has great public transport connections. Not being in the center made it really affordable to eat out around here with a fantastic local pastry store just around the corner and busy nightlife and bars that tended to be frequented by the locals which was great to be a part of. We arrived a little late but the host was really accommodating which was great.

There was a damp smell from the toilet in the room. This is probably down to it being an old building so we dealt with it but future guests need to be prepared

We had no hot water in our room (shower) for most of our stay. We were able to use another bathroom and our shower did get fixed a day before our departure, however I had to knock off some points considering we were staying for five nights… Credit to the guy taking care of us and the property, he did his best to resolve our issue.

The room was super cozy and good looking, seems like it was freshly renovated. The girl who accepted us was really nice and friendly. Also the bed was really comfortable, the best place I slept in throughout my whole vacation time. If I ever come back, this is the place I will stay.

The breakfast wasn’t what I expected, but that doesn’t mean that it was bad, just not a lot to choose from. The other minus would be that the water temperature while showering took too long to warm up, about 2 minutes for the hot water to appear.

Good location & near to olimpico stadium

Checkout I have to leave the door key without staff. Because If I got out without key the external door will be locked. So, if I forgot anything in the room I can’t return back because the keys already left in the reception area. Also I forced to left my luggage in front of the external door without locking because if the external door locked I can’t leave the hotel. So, the guest must be take care of about this issue especially if alone.

A location that I like . Room size ok

No one around at all. The check in was ok but confusing. Have to ring in at gate to a large apartment complex. English not spoken.

Cosy room. Big breakfast. Nice area, very green, with plenty of "watering holes" close by. Easy walk to the Auditorium, and a short bus ride away from the centre of Rome.

Location is out of centre but the are decent bus and tram links. Handy for nearby venues
