Though room was small, but very nice and comfortable newly refurbished, with a nice airy balcony facing the snow capped mountain. Hotel nested in a nice tranquil neighborhood called Fleming Hill ( we were told by taxi driver that this is an affluent upper middle class neighborhood), there are a few boutiques, coiffure and cafes around, even a supermarket within 10 min walk. Also, there is a taxi waiting area right outside the hotel, making transportation convenient too . Housekeeping cleaning lady very nice, friendly and responsive

Hotel reception staff not particularly polite, fluent English but no smiles and minimum direct eye contact. We had to push our lugguage into the lugguage room by ourselves, first time in our experience having stayed in hotels almost all over the world over past 30 years

Clean and cozy room. Great neighborhood, full of bars and restaurants.

Bad experience with a rude and not welcoming receptionist which did not admit her mistake during the check-in. It is unacceptable to have this welcoming in a 4-stars hotel.

Location for the event was very good plenty of shops bars and restaurants in the area

Staff were very abrupt in answering questions regarding internet and AC we waited I. The nearby taxi rank for 15 minutes when we asked receptionist to call us a taxi she just told us to go wait more The cafe opposite called us a taxi and it came immediately

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in room, hairdryer, which worked well, fridge and safe. Only criticism, is that guests should be able to control the temperature in the room

Restaurant was very quiet when we went down early, but was told we could not be seated until 9pm, which unfortunately was too late for us.

Very clean, modern and quiet. Attractive public rooms, all very well designed. I was amazed how quiet it was in the middle of apartment blocks and a market. Right by a taxi rank helped. Staff wer3 very efficient.

The restaurant was rather international traveller feel, mediocre food. Love.y tv in the room, but it needed a sheet of instructions , plus a room service menu

very far for tourist . bus station is about 2 minute walk but just for one line another line station is further . nothing in minibar and nothing in bathroom .. you should ask for everythings .

The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the Olimpico Stadium. The room was clean and comfortable. The personnel at the front desk were very professional. We recomand to book transfer to the airport with Mateo, great driver. The restaurant in the hotel was very good, great food and didn’t wait long. Breakfast is international and it was very good.

Good location for the price, plenty of cafes and restaurants around, incredibly clean and good room service; nice bathrooms and a lovely balcony. Good breakfast also.

You need to reserve and go get a special key to use the gym. The Aircon was weak and set to 22 so it was warm in the room.

The location was very goo(we had a car) and the staff very friendly. The rooms were very clean.

The AC units need replacement, they can barely keep up with the summer heat.

The view was great, location very ideal for taxi or public transport. The heating system was very efficient. The solo gym is an added advantage.

The cleaning staff were not replenishing supplies , we had rom complain. The hotel should upgrade their internet connection for more efficient working.
