The attention and service were great, beds were comfortable and both rooms had working air conditioning, bus stop is either one block away or 10 minutes by walking depending on where you're headed. However I think it is fine. Free water bottles were provided by the host because water in the rooms they say is not drinkable. Overall a good experience They provided towels, sheets, soap and shampoo.

The kitchen lacks some stuff, there is not really a space for cooking or a proper table/space to cut food, it is more like a stove inside a cabinet, which would be fine if it wasn't only one big pot to cook everything on.

Excellent location, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to the bus station in any direction of the city. Beautiful, spacious rooms exactly as in the pictures, even more beautiful. Very kind staff and attentive to all the details. Spoiled with coffee every day, at any time and daily cleaning, towels changed... The host was fantastic - I had forgotten my adapter for the plug sockets and she was able to lend me 3 within a hour! The whole place looked modern and new. The mattress was very comfortable.

The floor on one side of the bed was raised, so it was the same height as the mattress. This made it very hard to get into/out of bed, especially for those with a bad back!

We have stayed in this property before as it is ideal for attending the Rome Open tennis tournament. The venue is about an 8 minute walk from the property. The arrival arrangements previously involved being met by an agent, but it is now much improved with a key safe system

The location is not one that I would recommend for visiting the big sites in Rome and there are relatively few restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity

The WiFi in our room didn’t work. The location of the property was further out from the main attractions then we realised (about 30mins-1hr walk) but we soon got the hang of the buses so wasn’t an issue for long

I loved everything! These rooms are located near the Stadio Olimpico, so are an ideal place to stay when planning to watch ASROMA at the stadium. Francesco is also very friendly and replied really fast. Will come again 🙂

Not too far from the centre and easy to access. The room and bathroom were both very clean.

The bed is quite low to the floor which didn’t do my knees much good
