Madam Patricia is very kind and it was really nice of her to take care of me, to give me nice tips for places where to eat or how to get to the airport etc. She also supplied me with some small snacks, and kept asking from time to time, if I was all comfortable, which I definitely was. Thank you very much for a lovely stay, dear Patricia! I recommend the location to all, it's a very beautiful and calm one, and the B&B is still close enough to the train or bus station, so that one may get to the city centre quite comfortably. I had some tasks at the nearby university, so perhaps for tourists, it may be further from the centre than preferred. Nevertheless, I think this accommodation is definitely worth considering even if you come to Rome only for sightseeings.

The internet was unfortunately of a rather poor quality but otherwise I was very content.

We had a wonderful stay! The welcoming and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The B&B is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and it’s conveniently close to the observatory — perfect for a short hike to a beautiful viewpoint.

It would be even better if shampoo and conditioner were provided, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

..it’s kind of old but it’s ok..we just stayed there to sleep..we don’t need a fancy hotel..

Absolutely nothing.

The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. There were no toiletries and when we asked, we just got a bottle filled with soap water. The breakfast was just a croissant and coffee, so if you are someone who does not like coffee and has a gluten free diet then there is absolutely nothing for you. I have been to Rome and Italy multiple times and have to admit that this is the worst place I have ever stayed so far.
