The very best breakfast i have had in Italy, over the past 7 years of travelling around Italy. The hotel is a very well kept building and has a modern feel to it. The staff are all very helpful and especially the bar tender, who also oversees the dining area - Thank you. The location is not in the center of Rome and its a short bus ride to the nearest Metro station - but the busses & Metro are frequent and easy to use.

The only downfall (if any) is just the location, as its not next to a metro point, and you need a bus to get to the closest one.

The hotel was great - courteous staff, nice and clean. The restaurant has a buffet but catered to our request for special separate meal. Nice balcony in the room and bathroom!

A good clean and comfortable hotel outside city center with adequate parking facilities and a standard breakfast service. Good for an overnight stay when visiting Olimpico

Location is not great but only 15 minutes drive to Centro Storico and 10 minutes from Stadio Olimpico

- if you prefer substantial breakfasts this Hotel is a good choice: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, a wide variety of pastries - very supportive and responsive personnel - comfortable beds - hair conditioner, hand cream in the bath room:)) - one might think it's far from the historic center. It will take 1,5 eur and a 25 min direct bus ride to get there

Breakfast was amazing as were the rooms. Really comfortable and black out blinds were great!

A bit expensive considering how far it was from the city but it was still really nice

Extremely happy about our choice! Lovely new hotel with the garden. Super professional and helpful staff, especially at the restaurant! Exceptional Breakfast! It was such a pleasure to have a room with the balkony, it made our evenings even much more great! It is not near to the centre, but for us it wasn't an inconvenience, at the first evening the sir from the reception asviced us to pick the 990 bus, so all the journeys was really easy! The place is safe to come back even at late evening. Totally recommend this hotel! It really exceeded our expectations!

Upon arrival we were greeted by pleasant staff and checkin was a breeze. Secured paid parking was available for 10EUR a night. The room was perfect for 3 adults. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very modern inside. Breakfast was great and a good variety of food. All the tourist attractions were in close proximity to the hotel and they even offered a shuttle to take you close to town. The staff were fantastic and even helped us with a tolling issue as we couldn't speak Italian. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean, good bed linen, a wonderful mattress on the bed. The hotel is new. The pros are a great breakfast, very varied, you can find food for every taste, very polite staff in the restaurant, it leaves a pleasant impression and sets the mood for the whole day. Thank you for this. We ordered parking, but when we arrived on the first day there were no parking spaces (there are few spaces in the parking lot), and we had to look for a place on the street, on the second day we parked in the garage. The garage is clean, bright, entry through closing gates, if there is a space, you can not worry about your car. on the second day there was very polite staff at the reception, the gentleman explained to us how to get to all the attractions we wanted to visit, how to call a taxi in the city and called us a taxi.The hotel is in a good area. 15 minutes by taxi to the Trevi Fountain

it wasn't quite correct on their part, even though there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign, they came into our room and threw all the clothes that were on the bed into one pile to make the bed

Really nice and clean hotel, exactly like in the pictures posted on Booking. A little too far from the city center (Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, shopping areas etc.), but the hotel has a car that you can book for free that takes you near the Vatican ( 2 min walking distance) and from there you can take the bus to the other attractions or you can walk. It is also close to the 990 and 913 bus stations and the public transport works really good. The breakfast was super vast and delicious with both sour and sweet dishes and a lot of fresh juices and types of coffee. The staff was really helpful ‘cus they gave us a map of the city and explained to us exactly how to get everywhere and they also booked a car to pick us up/get us back to the Ciampino Airport (98€ for 5 persons and an infant).

They don’t provide an iron for safety reasons, so if your clothes are rinkled you are obligated to wear them like this.

The hotel was clean and staffs are very nice. I initially booked for a double bed but when we checked in i requested if i can make a lastminute amendment and they checked the availability of the room and granted my request.. Mr Saki was so helpful and even helped me to call the taxi to airport. The hotel room is big and clean, all the toiletries you need are provided. It is also accessible to public transport. Bus 990 is just 3 - 4 mins walk away and this bus will bring you to roam around Rome. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Masissimi Garden Hotel
