Great location of you want to be close to the coliseum! You are just right there. Safe area, lots of cute charming shops and restaurants nearby. We walked a lot. 15-20 min to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived and we were moved right away to another room with better view! The people working at the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and fruits to choose from. We will stay in this hotel again!

The hotel was in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of the coliseum. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

The hotel needs a ramp at the front for luggage and wheelchair access

Hotel is located just a block or so from the Colosseum. Celeste at the front desk was very nice checking us in. Room was basically brand new. Very large. View of the city. Five minute walk to the Colosseum. 15 minute walk from wedding cake, down through the ancient ruins by the Colosseum and right to the hotel. Also nice little restaurant Benos next to the hotel with quaint outdoor dining and good food and service if not eating in hotel. Excellent breakfast, great Wi-Fi, great shower and AC. Subway station literally behind the hotel. Really excellent stay.

Sandro at breakfast was always curiously taking away the croissants. ?? Never greeted us at all. ? The girl named Lady at breakfast was exceptionally nice .

We fully enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, with very comfortable beds, which was quite important especially after our long walks in the city. Very clean facilities and the staff gentle and helpful. The breakfast provided many choices including Italian dishes such as fresh pizza and panini. The hotel is located close to famous spots of Rome, i.e., Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon etc.

Beware of pick pockets along via Cavour.

Hotel staff was amazing. Especially, the Hotel Manager Pablo , who went above and beyond in assisting our family.

Only small issue was an electrical issue that was resolved within 20 minutes of reporting it.

Staff was friendly. Room was so good, clean, modern and comfortable.

Only downside is I wish there was a parking garage. Other than that the experience was amazing!

Newly refurbished, very clean, large room (large bed+++), beautiful bathroom with separate toilet, great wide selection for breakfast, incredibly affable and smiley staff. Very well located.

There was a door to connect with the adjacent room. We could hear most noises from next door (conversations, toilet, tv etc). We understood the layout but we would have much preferred to stay in a quieter room without the connecting door. Despite switching off the air conditioning every time that we were in the room, the room stayed quite chill for our liking.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, just a 1 minute walk from Cavour station on the B line of the Metro. It's also a 5-7 mins walk to the Colosseum! We pretty much explored the city using the Metro, it was so convenient, even very late into the night. Hands down one of the best locations in Rome. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right at the doorstep of this hotel. The breakfast spread is huge and we loved the fresh juice counter that provided varied options of freshly squeezed juices. We were staying for 5 nights, and were so pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room when we checked-in. That was a huge bonus and very nice of them to give us the upgraded room. They also arranged a take away breakfast for us, on one of the days when we had to leave at 6:30 am. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, you could make it out. The room had one of the best beds I've slept in, in hotels, and I've been to quite a few. Overall a fantastic stay.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is Wonderful. Staff also is good. Location also is good. The hotel next to Roma Termini train station and to Colosseum.

The bathroom seemed a bit dated. I had requested via booking.com to be accomodated on a higher floor(6th or 7th floors) , but I was assigned on the 3rd floor instead. Unfortunately, we could not keep the window open at night,as it faced the back street where restaurant workers were making noise thoughout the night. And 1 negative point about booking.com. Before making the reservation "booking.com" offer me free taxi from airport to hotel if my payment should be higher than 700 eur, but after ordering they removed the field "free taxi". I sent them several emails, called by phone. But noone answer me.:(
