It was OK for a night stay: super friendly staff and especially nice dinner in the evening. Good memories on our last day in Italy. Pasta was amazing. Room we got was on the 1st floor and very spacious - for 3 people. Super comfortable. Like a studio with all you need. Clean. Comfy bed. Air conditioning worked well. Free car parking. The territory is huge with a nice view to Rome. Very convenient to get to Ciampini airport.

The smell in the room - really not good. Maybe, because of the summer heat and nobody was inside for some time. Car is a must or ask re. airport shuttle - there was no need for us. And rooms need some renovation already. But for 1-2 nights - all good and I will choose next time as well. Breakfast: only sweets (my croissant was half-baked).

The Junior Suite was very spacious with an excellent a/c .The breakfast was very good, a sweet italian breakfast but with all options to add whatever you needed. The service was fast effiecient and exceptionally friendly - this is valid for the restaurant as well as for the reception and all the staff. The restaurant offers a small menue but with very tasty local specialities. From the terrace in front of the Residence you enjoy a beautiful sundown with w fantastic view to Rome - a nice cool Aperol Spritz makes the holiday feeling complete.

Amazing property and service! We had a very late arrival and thank you so much that the concierge was waiting for us. All the staff are very polite and ready to help you in all cases. Very good breakfast by menu. Very good location for traveling by car, because you have a great villa and not far away from Rome - about 30-40 min (depends on traffic)

I loved the place where the hotel was located very lovely garden, one of the most dedicated and friendliest staff you wil ever meet. There is a lovely white cat who you wil certainly meet, clean rooms and spacious.

I didn’t like how secluded it was as in “you cannot get there walking “ its very dangerous since there is no pavement you are essentially walking in the middle of the road so you wil need transportation if you are staying there for a-lot of days. Our shower-head could do a bit of cleaning but other then that good place

Well taken care of property, clean amd comfy. The hotel is definitely good for a relaxed stay. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. All the arrangements were met. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Overall really satisfied with the stay and the staff

The location is hard to commute to by public transport, you either have to take a cab from ciampino station ir use the hotel shuttle which is well organized by the hotel and Benjamin the driver. The bathroom shower need a little attention, nothing bad just the silicone lining needs to be replaced.

Fantastic location and park with chairs and tables Great view of rome and very friendly staff and service. Dogs allowed. Large rooms. Very clean. Possibility to drive guests to the trainstation or reataurants. 10 min train to rome central station.

The only point is that there is no restaurant on site or next to the property, but there are plenty options not far, you need a car though.

Really nice comfy room with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered a well-priced shuttle to the airport in the morning. We only stayed one night to be close to the airport but wish we had stayed a little longer as it seemed like a pretty area.

With the location being quite rural, it was quite tricky to get there from Rome without a car. We got the train and then had to walk about half an hour to the property on some busy roads. I think a better breakfast selection could have been offered for the price it cost. Also, the walls/doors seemed to be quite thin as we got woken up in the morning by people talking in the corridor outside our room...

The place is really nice. We stayed only for one night and we didn't use much the facilities. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good.

It would be great to have a swimmingpool, but they're working on it. I hope next time there is already there.

The receptionist was lovely - so helpful and arranged an early breakfast for us as we had to leave early for our flight. Lovely rooms and really comfortable beds. There was an excellent restaurant within walking distance and really close to the airport.

All was excellent - would highly recommend.

We arrived and our room had a double bed rather than a single, so we were upgraded to the delux suite. The staff was very kind and accomodated our gluten free needs and were very quick to help with anything we asked for. I was even picked up from a station nearby upon request I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, the grounds were very green and the building is beautiful.

The location was a little cut off, the nearby restaurant was great but it was hard and dangerous to get around by walking.
