The location was amazing. This was absolutely the highlight for us. The coffee at breakfast was great and the breakfast supplies in the fridge were a nice touch. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air con. Staff/owner were so helpful and accommodating and made us very welcome.

The WiFi is not brilliant but does work better in the kitchen vs the rooms. This wasn’t an issue for us as we only needed it briefly to book some tickets.

Location - 100 meters to Form Romanum, near Colosseum, 15 minutes walk to Pantheon. Beautiful room. A balcony with a nice view - you can see Forum Romanum. Very clean. Excellent contact with a host, Francesca is a very nice and helpful person, she answers immediately; we received the tips regarding places to visit, taxi, restaurants.

The smaller bed was not very stable and squeaked.

Fantastic Property - location is perfect for everything, the room was a great size, clean and well appointed. the shower was also great. I really could not fault the property! The breakfast is an Italian breakfast, which consists of cakes, yoghurt, bread and cheese/ham/salami/jam. This is available for you to help yourself in the morning. Each room has a shelf in the fridge, which is topped up again each day. Rooms have a fridge, safe (small) and kettle (also some cakes here). All very good, very quiet (some traffic noise - even though it is all double glazed - it is city centre folks). Just a fantastic place within walking distance of everything - take comfy flat shoes though, you will do lots of walking to see the sights - which are out of this world!! I have added kitchen photos and room. The other photos are views OF and FROM the building & the google map is the distance from the place to the colosseum. The forum is visible from your room!

Try as I might - I can't think of anything! The Wi-fi is a bit hit and miss, but its free! If you really wanted a good connection, you could go into the hall and get a good one - that's it!! That is ALL i can think of & that is not exactly what I would say I didn't like. It is the ONLY thing I can think to write here!!

We primarily chose this place for its location (we had stayed across the street many years back). It is steps from the Forum and walking distance to the Colosseum, Capitoline, Trevi, etc. We landed around 7 AM in Rome and Francesca was kind enough to accommodate us around 9 AM which is way before check in time.

Nothing specific. While our window opened onto busy Via Cavour, closing the glass doors at night ensured we were not disturbed. A minor annoyance for me was to juggle the 4 keys that were needed to get back inside the building- thankfully, my wife mastered that :)

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect. It was close to many of Rome's famous attractions. The neighborhood felt safe.

The B&B was ideal, but the building itself was confusing to get into and smelled musty on the bottom floor. These 2 issues are not under control of 325 Roons at Fiori. I would stay here again.

The room was 1st rate accommodation The location right in the middle of the Action Quite and secure But more important the Staff was so kind , helpful and Accommodating We had some date and length of stay changes And they worked with us on all these details They went far above and beyond to help us out We are so grateful for all they did for us

The location is great, close to all the attractions and places to eat. The room is on the small side but probably normal for a room in Rome. It is cleaned daily and the staff are very nice and helpful. There is a kitchen and free breakfast which was very nice.

Not the fault of the hotel but every night the local trash truck would pick up the trash on the street. It would spend an hour compacting all the street's trash, this was very loud and if you haven't fallen asleep you would not until the truck leaves.

Very large rooms, cold air condition, balconies on two of our rooms. Great continental breakfast for each room. Has and elevator for easily getting up and down. Location is perfect, walked to the Roman Forums, Colosseum, Pantheon. It's surrounded by great restaurants and gelato.

Nothing, will stay here every time I visit Rome!!

Location was superb. An actual gem of a BnB. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Eduardo gave us loads of brilliant recommendations which was greatly appreciated. Couldn't recommend this BnB enough

Contact with Francesca was fantastic, she recommended us many places to visit and foods to try. It was very very clean and close to Coloseum and Forum Romanum.
