The pictures do not do this charming place justice. I was apprehensive to be honest, but the green room is charming and not garish at all. Our hostess was a gem and brought a massive breakfast right to our room. It looked lovely, my husband moaned with delight to my chagrin, as being a celiac I could only watch. There is a mini bar which was very economically priced and such a necessity for my medication. But, the location! Walk out the door, turn left and left and right and you are facing the Coloseum. Everything was within walking distance and so many fantastic street cafes to dine at. We will be back in the fall.

A photo of the outside might help a bit in locating the right door. The street was temporarily closed upon our checkin and we had to walk a block. It was opened an hour later.

Everything was very good! The room is in a very well located building, 5 minutes from the Colosseum and with several restaurants on the street and around. There is a mini market and ATM also on the same street, a good and safe neighborhood. The hostess and Angelina were very nice and answered all my questions. Good breakfast served in the room. The products in the minibar were replenished every day, and the room was cleaned every day too. If I go back to Rome, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and ready when we arrived early. The location is great, close to the Colosseum and a great variety of restaurants. Breakfast was included which was amazing and delivered to our room. Pastries, coffee, juices, yoghurts, toast and spreads. Would definitely stay here again!

After a long day of traveling and dragging luggage around, a lift would have been nice. Thankfully the rooms are only up one level and certainly not a deal breaker.

Location is outstanding very close to all the major things in Rome. Walking distance to Colosseum lile 7 min, 15 min to Trevi, 40 min walking to Vatican. We never use any transport, all we did walking. Staff is very friendly in this small hotel and very welcome people.

Everything was amazing. The only comment i can give that morning breakfast every day the same and its all set of sweet pastry’s. Maybe it would be good to have apart of pastries at least 1/2 sandwiches for breakfast as its sometimes impossible to start your day with sugar :)

Room was very clean and well organized. We had a wonderful breakfast that was catered to our room by very nice and attentive lady. She arranged for us to have a tea kettle and tea cups in the room during our stay and left us some breakfast in advance for he day of our early deparrture. Thank you!

An earlier time for a breakfast (now it is served 9-10 AM) would allow more time for morning excursions

The location was great, that’s comfortable, and the room was clean.

This is more of a bed-and-breakfast. And breakfast is served precisely at 9 AM so if you have a tour or somewhere to be before, then you won’t miss out on the breakfast. Also check out is at 10:30 AM. And if your flight is after 1 PM, they can no longer watch/hold the luggage for you. You will have to find another place to store it. We had a flight at 9 PM and had to transfer our luggage before 1 PM to another facility for storage. This was an inconvenience.

It was in a perfect location. We didn’t use any public transport at all once we’d checked in. It was spotless. Antonella delivered out breakfast every morning and she is lovely 🤗

We were expecting a city view which we definitely did not get! Our window opened to false plants covering the view of the air conditioning engine and pipes. Breakfast, although plenty of it - 6 croissants and 4bread rolls between 2 people accompanied with cereal and jams- could have had some fruit instead of so many croissants and bread rolls!! Also it was only served between 9 and 10 so if you are an early riser you have to wait around.

The location was really good, just some 300 meters from Colosseo, Trayan Forum, some 400 meters from Vittoriano and Via del Corso. Two Metro stations and a lot of buses, a very good ice-cream shop behind the corner...Very good. The hostess was very nice and pleasant, the check-in was simple and personal, the room was clean and comfortale, the TV set, the frig, the lights, the Internet- all worked well, there was a coffee machine in the room and water as a Welcome. The breakfast left us speechless. It was well-thought,abundant and where do they get such a tasty croassant- we , who visited practically all European capitals, could not understand. In Rome, at least, we could not find anything that would be so good. We shall undoubtlhy return

Not that we did not like the beds, they were ok. But they are not close to the wall, and the pillows try to escape in the space between rhe bed and the wall, and fall on the floor.

The location was perfect, walking distance from many of the attractions. Lots of restaurants and cute boutique shops. The room was a bit small but manageable for 2 night stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The tv has all the good streaming apps, ie Netflix. Staff were super helpful. They bring breakfast to your room and they will call a taxi for you if you need one. The next time we are in Rome, we will definitely come back, but we will book a bigger room.

The security of the building - entry code, key into the Colosseo Relais floor and then room key. The room was clean, breakfast tray was amazing, and the cappuccino was the best I had my entire 2 weeks stay in Italy. Lastly, the staff was friendly and always attended well to our room, stocking of the minibar and communicative when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The room could have used a few more hangers for clothing.
