You could not be in a better location! The accommodations were lovely, and the room was spacious. There was abundant sunlight in the mornings. I was thankful for the AC unit for when it got warm in the afternoons. The breakfast spread was plentiful. The room was serviced a few times during our stay which was appreciated and a good number of towels were provided.

There was nothing about that property which I would critique. The building was authentic and had historic charm.

What a fabulous place! Very clean, well decorated and our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were perfect (delicious cappuccino:) and the AC was a welcomed accommodation after a day of sightseeing in a very hot city. Our location was amazing- colosseum was right around the corner and lots of restaurants from which to choose. I loved the old building with an amazing, huge door! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The beds were very comfortable and quiet. The street was a busy, loud street, but you couldn't hear it unless you opened the window. The room was large and had good storage. The room is located close to many attractions, rail and buses. We got there early for check-in. I let them know the time we were going to arrive ahead of time, and someone met us there. Luckily, our room was ready! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was available, but we had early excursions and couldn't partake. It would be nice to have earlier breakfast options. Something that you can eat on the go. The bathroom lacks storage. I didn't have any place to put my toothbrush and other toiletries.

Large beautiful room, very clean and all the amenities needed. The air conditioning was an absolute necessity and made our stay more comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge, which already had chilled water in for our arrival which was hugely appreciated. Alessandro and Edwardo were perfect hosts and took very good care of us. It was an honour to stay in their home and we will be visiting again as soon as funds for another holiday in Rome allow.

Clean ,spacious , close to the heart of Rome and incredibly friendly hosts. Nutritious breakfast with a lot of selection and easy reservation online. Comfortable beds. All you want in a B and B. We recommend it as its location makes it super simple to walk to or take the subway to every sites in Rome. Bravo!

Everything was perfect

Great location ,close to the Colosseum lot of options of restaurants nearby. We really liked the old building and a plus is that it has an elevator. Despite the busy loud street the room was very quiet. The room was well equipped with mini fridge, electric kettle with cups and an air conditioner. Very nice and friendly host, they served a good breakfast.

The shower area is just okay for us (we are 5'6 under 150 lbs). The bidet is nice to have for some people but we didn't use it. I think it just take up room of the bathroom. Overall it is very nice apartment and the owners were very nice couple, easy and helpful.

We loved. loved, loved the location of this property as well as the attention of our hosts, Alessandro and Eduardo. We were around the corner from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and the Metro was so close, it was easy to get where we wanted to go. Alessandro and Eduardo were very helpful with hints about getting around and actually went out of their way to mail some postcards that I had left. They also asked us the night before what we would like for breakfast so they could prepare it. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. I would highly recommend a stay at 2 Passi Al Colosseo B&B.

Alessandro and Eduardo were fantastic hosts. They looked after my elderly parents really well during their stay and made them feel very welcome. The communication prior to the stay was excellent.

A spacious room with a city view from the balcony. A very comfortable bed and a sofa for relaxing. The room also had a small fridge, T.V. which we didn’t use, chairs, side tables, desk and wardrobe. Our room was cheerfully decorated, and perfectly clean. The building was beautiful and very romantic, as well as being central for sightseeing in Rome. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, thoughtful and charming.
