The best accommodation we've ever had in Italy! Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy with pretty much everything you need. Walking distance to everywhere except Gallery Borghese and the Vatican City. would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Rome.

Sometimes it takes a long time to heat up the shower water so I‘ve taken a couple of cold showers during my stay. We lived here during the heatwave in July so this wasn't a problem for us at all. But you may want to keep this in mind if you plan to visit Rome during winter.

Our stay at Hotel Labelle was simply amazing! The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Colosseum, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to many of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. But what truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. We received great recommendations for local restaurants, places to visit, and even help finding a pharmacy when I wasn’t feeling well. They genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome and the support throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Very close to the Colosseum. Receptionist Marco was very helpful and recommended a great place for dinner when we checked in at 10pm. Always ready to help. Rooms were done everyday when we came back from a long day of walking around. Toilet is small, but we knew this already, and it is just right for a person, so none of us had any issues with it. Lift is quirky and nice experience for the kid and the hotel is a very close to Via dei Fori Imperiali, favorite place for a late night walk with a Gelato in hand. Would recommend, and would prefer to stay on our next visit as well

None to be mentioned as a dislike. We knew toilet was on a smaller side, and we knew it was 10-15 mins from the historical places, but we enjoyed the walks and its close to some off the touristy restaurants

The property was clean and neat. Everything we needed for a one night stay after our cruise was available. The property is dated and basic, but it will meet your needs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We actually left our passports locked in the hotel safe and discovered this at the airport. We were able to secure a fast taxi back the the property. The staff member met us at the door and ensured we could get our passports and return to the airport in time to make our flight. The staff member was very helpful.

The location on the Via Cavour is fantastic. Our room was large, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The staff were so kind, helpful and professional. We loved having our room cleaned every day and the 24 hour concierge saved us at leat 75 euros because we did not have to pay a late arrival fee for taking the late night flight from CPH on Ryanair. The price was very reasonable for the location and quality of the room and staff. It was so nice to have an elevator too.

Love the location. It's a quaint apartment type location that has been made into several different rooms. It's on the third floor in an older building. All the staff we met were so helpful and kind.

We stayed at Hotel Labelle for it's proximity to the Colosseum and it truly is a great location for that, we just walked over to it. While the room itself had a strange setup with the bathroom and the shower being separate, it was made up by the great service by Jade. She provided us with an early check-in, stored our bags for us pretty nicely and she also helped call a taxi at check out. Overall we would recommend a stay here.

It’s in a great area with the Roman forum and colosseum just steps away. The Trevi fountain is just a 15 minute walk. When we first arrived we were a bit worried since to get into the Hotel there are two large doors and you need to get buzzed in. Then it’s. Big space with garage cans and you after to go to the elevator which is an old style from the 1930 ish with a gate for door. But after checking in we thought this added to the charm. Every one was so nice and was large and good size for our family of 4

Not much just a little confusing when we arrived

The location was incredible (around the corner from the colosseum and walkable to everything else) and I thought the price was very fair. The room was large and nice to hang out in. The staff were super friendly - one of them even fixed my power adapter that my previous hotel had broken. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Nothing!

The hotel is in the best location in the city. It is possible to walk a maximum of 8 minutes to reach the Coliseum and its complex. For the other points you spend a maximum of 20 minutes walking or if you prefer, like I did, I took the Bird (electric scooter) and went to all the other places, including the Vatican, spending a maximum of 10 minutes and paying 4 euros. Furthermore, in the streets close to the hotel, there are a chain of bars and restaurants. The location is perfect, don't miss it. Everything was perfect for me, the staff is excellent. I didn't see any bad points to describe.
