Perfect location less than 5 minutes walk from the collesium! We were there to see the sights. Room clean and tidy, beds very comfortable, rooms not very large but high ceilings make it feel bigger, bathroom small but nice warm shower and fresh towels. Staff friendly and lent us an extra phone charger. Great restaurants locally, we were spoilt for choice. Would definitely recommend. We booked room only as we like to eat out and think they only serve continental breakfast

everything was perfect. the room was clean and tidy. we enjoyed it very much. The people at the reception were very nice to us and very helpful. They allowed our luggage to stay there until late hours. thanks for everything

Only the room was a little small. There wasn't much space to put the suitcases, but other than that we liked everything

Perfect location by the colosseum, a 24hr supermarket is close too. The staff are really friendly and helped me when I needed to iron my clothes. They facilitated a late check in at midnight and were helpful with all our questions. The room is small, but that helps the aircon to cool it down faster. Lots of towels and the pressure in the shower is great.

The door to the bathroom makes a lot of noise and the curtains don't close fully so it won't be completely dark.

The room was beautiful, with high ceilings and matching decoration. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location was perfect!

We weren’t informed that there was a construction happening to the building’s facade which blocked our entire window and eliminated all natural light from coming in. Our window wouldn’t even open fully because of the construction. I wish we would’ve been informed in advance, as it changed our experience A LOT. If we’d known we would have booked another room. We had no view, no natural light, and no ventilation because of this.

The hotel is perfect for those who will spend the day walking and are not looking for luxury rooms but comfortable, cosy, and convenient. The location is just perfect. Close to metro, to bus stops, and you can walk to all major sightseeings. The Coliseum is "just around the corner." There's many restaurants around, and the supermarket is 2 blocks away. For me and my sister, this place was perfect, as we only use hotels to sleep.

The water from our shower never got hot. It was just warm. I didn't care cause it was not so cold outside (20-16°c), but if it was during winter, it would be hard to shower.

The staff is excellent. The location is great. Considering that hotel prices in Rome are generally high, this hotel is not bad for its price. However, the room I stayed in was very small—I have never seen such a small room before :) There was a male staff member whose name I forgot🥺. sorry 🙏🏻), but he made delicious coffee and had a very positive aura. He made me feel at home in the hotel. I would like to extend a special thank you to him!

Very tidy and clean rooms, not very big but very comfortable, nice vibe and a very practical bathroom. The personnel were super polite and friendly.

I would suggest that they expand the breakfast menu a little bit more offering more options like boiled eggs, avocados, toasts and some cold cuts. The breakfast is purely continental as of now. Other that that the hotel was amazing.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel and its newly restorated. It was 2 min walk to Colosseo and 15 min to the cebter. Around the hotel, there were restaurants, good places for breakfast and a 24/7 open carrefour mini market. Rooms and bathrooms were really clean, room service was coming every day. We had clean white striped satin bedsheets. Even though it was a bit small it was quite comfortable. Staff was pretty welcoming and kind. They offered us to leave our luggages after check-out on our last day.
