Excellent location, you can see the colleseum from the front door! Large bed which is very comfortable, rooms located on the second floor with large lift available to bring your bags up. The bathroom is also very large and has a great shower. Sound proofing of the room is great, very quiet at night, so I slept with ease. The host is very easy to contact and replies quickly on whatsapp. Walking distance to all major tourist sites in the city, but also a tram to trastevere stops right outside the door, and the metro outside the colleseum is only a short walk away which can get you to Vatican City.

The city tax is not included in the credit charge, so we had to pull out 104 euros in cash. We also had to pay 20 euros for a late check in that we were not told about when making our reservation.. It is less of a hotel/b and b and more of an Airbnb/short term rental. You need 3 keys to enter the property from the street and get to your room. The neighborhood is a little rougher than central Rome, with the ground level entry covered in graffiti, but well lit. Other locations will be more convenient for those needing late/early check ins or those who would appreciate a front desk/concierge services.

This is a must stay!! This exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful property/rooms. Aldo and his staff member (I’m so sorry I forgot his name, but he was exceptional!) were very lovely, professional and accomodating. The room and bathroom were quite big and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and was kept very clean with regular housekeeping every day. Just a quick shout out to the onsite staff member (again, I’m so sorry I forgot your name), you were excellent and very professional. We really appreciated your help and advice on where to go etc and extra thank you for also organising our departure taxi. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

I was a little nervous about the fact that we were very close to the Colosseo, thinking that the closer you are to the main attractions, the less quality you get. However, to my surprise, the room was great and clean, and the bathroom was very roomy. The services from the beginning, even before we arrived, were excellent. Our contact person was Aldo. He reached out to us a few days before our arrival & helped us with clear directions & Jason, our contact person, when we arrived, was by far friendly, attentive to our needs, and very kind, which helped us feel good about being there. Everything was excellent. It's a pleasant, clean, and cozy location close to the city center and the Colosseum. We had a great time sleeping there.

I would make one improvement, if I may. Since the Fohn blows too hot air, no regulation possible, it is particularly harmful to blond hair. Please replace it. These days, you can easily purchase more appropriate devices at decent cost. All other services were very good!

This property is fantastic. Jason showed us the room and we were amazed on how big it was. The bathroom was incredibly large as well. It is located on the second floor and it has a lift!!! Breakfast is great if needed. It is located on the main road and at walking distance to the Colosseum(5-10min), close to restaurants, shops. Spotless. Quiet. Aldo was great to deal with and Jason was very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

The apartment was amazing from start to finish. We spent 7 nights here on our honeymoon. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the colosseum and bars and restaurants which was great. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk which was great. The room is very big and so is the bathroom. Jason looked after us every morning and brought us breakfast in bed and also cleaned the room everyday. Anything we asked for he was able to help us out. Aldo even arranged a private transfer from the airport to the apartment which was great. There is a lift that brings you onto the second floor so no need to scale the stairs with your suitcases. Room comes with aircon which was great but we didn’t need it as the room was always cool. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet and we always felt safe walking the streets. I’m delighted we got this apartment as it’s the best rate anywhere in Rome. If it’s available to get I would snap it up straight away. We will be recommending this to family and friends who plan on visiting Rome in the future.

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. Comfortable bed, aircon works very good, big bathroom, also appreciated the mini fridge in the room and daily cleaning. The location is perfect – safe and quiet neighbourhood, grocery shop nearby, Colloseum and other popular attractions are easily reachable by foot, also B&B is located near two metro stops, so you can reach pretty much everything. Very smooth and fast communication with Aldo, he was amazing. In the B&B we communicated with Jason, who was absolutely incredible – extremely attentive, helpful and kind! He greeted us, showed us the room and brought delicious breakfast every morning to our room. Thank you for an amazing stay. Wouldn’t change anything, it was perfect! Highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I thought it was included in the booking.com price but had to pay for it there. Room was spacious and comfortable, good hot shower. Lots of resteraunts in walking distance as was ancient Rome.

Bit of a mission unlocking doors, going up the lift, more locks and corridor before you get to the room. Its fine once you get used to it tho.

We loved the Italian design of the rooms! The hotel feels like home as it is very intimate. It is perfectly located and very close to the Colosseo. The people are very nice and helpful.. they helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely go back there again!
