I arrived during the day while the reception was still open, and I was warmly greeted by a lovely person named Michele, who came out to meet me. He explained everything, showed me around, and gave me the keys. In the room, you set your own passcode for the entrance door, which gives a nice sense of security. The room itself was very cozy and stylish. It had everything I needed: a mini fridge, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was also cozy and pleasant, with hot water available. There were also slippers, which was a lovely touch, even though the floor was warm, and the shower in the bathroom didn’t leak. The room was warm and comfortable overall.

The only small downsides were that I would have preferred the bathroom door to lock, and the blanket was placed between two sheets instead of being inside a duvet cover. Since you tend to move around in your sleep, by morning the sheet had slipped off, and I found myself touching the bare blanket. One additional suggestion that I think could improve the comfort of the stay would be to have at least one shared microwave available at the reception area. But overall, everything was great — thank you!

The welcome and care for our arrival was superb and very personal for newbies in a new city. We were offered top tips of places to eat and things to do as well as any assistance while we stayed. They also let us leave our bags in the reception area after check out on the day of departure. The room was just what we needed for myself and my son as a base from which to explore- clean, cosy and easy. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the neighbourhood. The rooms were excellent value for money and I will return if I visit Rome in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location close to beatiful park with a look to the Coloseum, very kind staff, the room is big, AC is available, huge shower, big and comfy bed

The rooms are located on the ground floor, shutters need be always closed, so you don't see people walking by. This has also some implications - the room is very dark when the shutters are closed (and they will be 100% of time, because of privacy, you need to use artificial lighting). For the night time it is better to close the windows and use AC, because of noise from the street(motorbikes, cars, people), despite it seems to be

The room looked better than on the pictures. It was very clean. Water available all the time. Coffe machine in the room, capsules. When we asked for 2 more, there was no problem from the host. Michaele is a great person! Very helpful! The location was great, just few min walking to the coloseum.

The room is on the 0 floor, so might hear people walking but it is not a very busy street so it was fine. But for some people that might be an issue. But we didn't mind. For few days it was an amazing option!

Communication with the owner, we were in touch before our arrival and sent us all the details to get in the apartment. The room was spacious, and the building location was w/in walking distance of the metro. We always felt safe walking at day or night. Next day of our arrival, the person that was at the front desk was very nice and helpful, he arranged our transportation to the airport.

One night the street was very noisy and it was hard to sleep.

The location was super walkable to all the main touristy sites, but also only just out of the busier central Rome so a little quieter and better value for money. The staff were super friendly, checking if there was anything extra we needed, asking how the stay was going, and offering pointers and places to go. Would absolutely recommend or use again on return!

Location central to many of Rome's biggest attractions while still being on a relatively quiet street. Check-in staff was very helpful and even provided recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. Air conditioning and having a water refill station in the lobby was helpful during the hot summertime weather.

It would have helped for a small packet of information on restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the property. The closets smelled which made me not want to put anything in there. It was great to have a fridge and espresso but some silverware even if it’s plastic would have helped. As well as a bottle opener and wine opener would have been great. Even if they were in the communal area near the water refill area.

The service was amazing! Especially Michele who checked us in, recommended us places to go to and helped us in a difficult situation. The room was great,clean, well-equipped and conventionally located- near Colloseum, Forum Romanum and other locations. A lot of shops and restaurants all around.

First and foremost, the location is only a 15 minute walk from the train station - bonus!!! The room is clean and very large. Luca the host was there to meet us and speaks fluent English. He was super helpful and gave us tons of info on tourist sites and places to eat. There is a fridge so it’s great for storing snacks and drinks and we loved the water dispenser in the foyer. From a security standpoint, we felt very secure. There is a safe in the room so we were able to leave our valuables. The metro station is less than a 10 minute walk as well as the coliseum. Tons of places to eat within a a few blocks.

The address is a bit confusing; odd and even addresses can be on same side of the street. Luckily, Luca was waiting for us and directed us.
