The location was right near the Ghetto and central to many cafes, restaurants, and walking destinations. The room was quite spacious, and the shower was wonderful! The after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, and we were very satisfied with the quality, comfort, cleanliness, and overall value of the room. We would definitely stay there again.

The only feedback we have is that the room lacked some basic amenities like shower gel or hand soap, and did not include any bottled water which we were accustomed to receiving at other hotels and Bed and Breakfasts that we stayed in while in Italy.

Almost all the staff members we encountered were very nice overall. Very responsive, and though full. We didn't get their names but we're sure they will help you during your stay if necessary. The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows. The room gets a little hot in the evening but the air condition funcions very well if you can handle the low noise it makes. The location is good, but we found it to be a little further from the center than we thought, but still nice.

Our top shower head didn't had much pressure and it also hasn't very hot, it just needs a little maintenance.

Staff were great, apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Appreciated the drinks in the fridge and them being topped up for free and the little touches with the nuts and crisps on entry to our room. Plenty of towels, a dressing gown and slippers were a lovely addition and was cleaned daily. Would definitely return as the location was superb too. Thank you ☺️

felt like i was going to roll off the bed and the bathroom door was very close to the sink but not enough to be an issue.

So close to the bars and restaurants of Trastevere perfect location. Although not always open, reception staff are helpful. Nicola in particular was the heaven sent! So helpful, smiley and just a joy to deal with he helped me with directions back to airport and how to buy tickets. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Coffee machine was fab in the room, nice snacks and water all provided (even a fridge) It was really quiet at night.

My only top tip for improvement would be slightly more light in bathroom (bit darl, as if designed by a man!) and a mirror (ideally full length) with more light for make up. But otherwise all facilities were spot on, hairdryer by plug by mirror etc!

Location was great, room was quiet as faced the back of the building. Facilities were great, had everything you needed. Staff were excellent and helped with everything.

Bed was way too hard, I like a softer mattress and had to swop rooms with my Dad so he ended up having a kingsize room all to himself and me and my 6ft 5 husband squashed into a double room. Sleep is too important to miss and as they stated luxury, I did expect better beds for the money. The other thing I didn't like was our bathroom. It was painted black, so in the dark in the middle of the night, if you got up you couldn't see anything, there were no little lights to help you see. And it was small with pointy edges so a bit difficult in the night.

Great location, close to everything but quiet. Small hotel (5-6 rooms only), comfortable bedding and accommodating staff. Free bottle of mineral / sparkling water and some free refreshments are available in the room. Wine and cold drinks can be found in the fridge for a reasonable fee as well.

Staff is on site only till 12:30 pm, but they have provided very clear check in and entrance instructions along with an emergency phone number. We didn’t have any problems to check in. The only little note to the management re toiletries. Would be nice to have shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel separately instead of the mixed bottle.

Excellent rooms, huge compared to what you find elsewhere, comfortable bed, nights were completely silent ensuring a good night sleep. The staff is super helpful with the explanations of where to go, they are proactive to your needs. The room has a complementary minibar with Prosecco, water, sodas and refilled, a Nespresso machine and cookies. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. It’s close enough to what matters in Rome without the masses of tourists at your doorstep.

I liked everything.

We had a great stay at JB Relais Luxury in Rome. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the location of the apartment was perfect – close to everything. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and we really appreciated the possibility to store our luggage. The staff also helped organize airport transfers both ways, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

The property was a small boutique set of apartments within a building. There is a manned reception in the mornings and easy self check in and out thereafter. The staff were excellent. The room was spacious clean and well appointed. Check in was easy.

Nothing about it. It was not a full hotel but a partially managed apartment. But that made it feel nice and relaxed.

The place is spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the shower is AMAZING. Lift in the building which is a nice extra. Location is just right for Trastevere. I love this place.

There was nothing to not like. Our stay was perfect.
