It had a lift! It was also very comfortable & met all our needs for the two night stay. The reception is onsite from morning to 2pm & were very responsive in fixing the toilet seat & safe. They also organised a car to transport us to the airport at a competitive rate. A nice location close to the river in an area of Rome we hadn’t explored before that’s not so touristy. We went to a couple of great restaurants there & we were able to easily walk to the Hop on Hop off bus to get around.

The shower was very small & could do with a shelf for products, but not a deal breaker.

Aila was so friendly and helpful. The entrance courtyard and sculptures really impressed. Gotta' love the vintage elevators from a couple centuries ago.

Exterior signage was insufficient at night to identify we were at the right place. Upon arrival you really don't know where you are, where to go, how to check in. Can't imagine how it works after 3 p.m. when there's no one around. Best to arrive early.

Good location, nice and spacious room. Only minor negatives were the shower which needs a better drain or a water blocker to stop the water going onto the floor. Staff are great but after a long day of travel it was a little complicated working out how to get in and out of the property. Not a dealbreaker at all, just a suggestion that staff could meet guests by the front door. Otherwise a really great stay and good value for money.

The building was gorgeous, with an elevator and proximity to lively Trastevere Neighbourhood. We walked to colosseum and area, as well as Trevi fountain, Pantheon etc. The facilities were excellent. The only suggestion we have is a small shelf in the spacious bathroom as there is no where to place your things when getting ready! Very clean, wonderful. Very comfy bed. Thank you!

Beautiful classical building, in a great location, walking distance from most of the main historical sites. The room was very nice and comfortable with very nice accessories (mini-bar, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle). Although the management had limited hours of availability, they did respond to Whatsapp messages even after hours.

Shower water temperature was acceptable, but I would have liked it a little hotter.

The room we had felt so luxurious! The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was super clean! I did not want to leave. If I could I would have moved into this room, that's how much I loved it. The hotel is really close to Traverse, which means you are super close to really nice restaurants and bars. There was also an amazing pizza shop just across the street from the hotel. I am very picky when it come to hotels and I would highly recommend this one.

The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, and is between lots of the main landmarks of Rome and the beautiful Tiber River. There are many great restaurants within a short walk, and a cute cafe right next door for breakfast or a quick bite. The beds were comfortable and the suites are in a very nice and safe building. Check-in was easy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

Although not the easiest to find when arriving, it was in a great location for us. We were able to easily walk all around the main attractions in Rome. With the walking, we probably averaged close to 10 miles a day of walking because we were only there for a few days and wanted to see multiple different attractions on the same day. Great food was available very close by the room. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend. The room was very spacious and nice.

The property is in a very good central location. Rooms are spacious, modern, comfy and clean. Instructions for check in were very clear and the owners are very helpful with any needs you may have. It is more of an Air bnb than hotel as there is not always someone at the desk - but they make sure you have a contact number if needed :)

It can get a little loud with other guests entering and leaving the property as the door needs to be slammed quite hard to close. However this did not affect our stay.

The location and the pricing still makes sense

The lift, the amenities of the apartment such as toiletries. And we kind have plumbing problems during our stay. And for my own taste, the room is not that clean and tidy
