Very clean. Reliable elevator that fit both myself and my child in her non-folding wheelchair. Staff was very helpful with booking transfers and giving recommendations for restaurants. Included breakfast was perfect, rooftop. Sitting area was a beautiful perfect start every morning. Elevator went all the way up, which made it a wonderful choice while traveling with a child in a wheelchair!

The only thing is that the room was a little bit small, I had to put our suitcases in the bathroom. But This is typical for Europe.

Room was lovely and spacious. Nice bathroom with plenty of shelf space. Small balcony. Location is great - not busy but an easy walk to the sites and restaurants. Lovely terrace area to have breakfast.

My room on the 4th floor was quite warm during the day even with aircon on. It was quite hot while we were there. My daughter was on the second floor and much much cooler. There are about 5 steps from reception to the lift. They assisted with the bags which was great but was a bit of a challenge each day for me as I have some vision issues. Same with the stairs that are quite dark. Meant I couldn’t walk up/down the stairs due to this but not a major issue just needed to take extra care.

The location was very good. Centrally located with easy access to many of the attractions and sights. There were dining, shopping, and amazing things to do. Most of our excursions and tours were a short cab ride away. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful. The room was the smallest that we stayed in the shower enclosure was an interesting solution.

The food at breakfast was okay and they seemed to run out of some of the things we like such as eggs or sausage, but they a full variety of yogurts, fruit and bread.

Great location, walking distance to all things. Colosseum 25mins one direction and Vatican the same the other way, but lots to see en route so it never felt long. Pantheon only mins walk away and that was incredible. The best, authentic Roman food we found was south of the hotel across the river in Trastevere, again only a few minutes walk from the hotel with a great vibe! In regards to the hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, can’t do enough to help. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, what more could you need. There was a lift even though it only had 5 floors, which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend it as it ticked all the boxes for us as a couple exploring this amazing city!

The hotel is in an amazing location in the Jewish Ghetto, close to restaurants and walking distance to historical sites and the heart of Rome. The bed was comfortable and the showers was great. They were very accommodating to our religious needs!

The lights in our room weren’t working. We were told that someone would come to fix it, but that never happened. We ordered a special extra breakfast - there was a miscommunication and we only got it on our last morning.

The lobby was pretty. The room was very clean. The location was convenient. The staff was very helpful and respectful at all times

The stairs were very oddly placed to get from floor to floor. The ac was extremely loud, sounded like a jet engine!! Parking was an issue as apparently the lot is not open all day on Sundays which was never mentioned to us. For the price, I might look for something better next time

Everything! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious and they accommodated our cot request for an additional charge. Air conditioning working perfectly. Very clean and a home from home. Good breakfast out on the terrace. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Amazing hotel. Great location, too. Right near Piazza Venezia, and walking distance from all major attractions. Staff are extremely professional people, always happy to help. Comfortable rooms with great air conditioning (that is absolutely critical in Rome in the summer) Hotel staff helped us try to recover lost luggage, many times a day. We are 100% coming back here on our next visit to Rome

The staff is amazing! The front desk staff especially Paolo are so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent! You can easily walk to the major sites and Trastevere. Bed was very comfortable. Nice, clean linens.

Some of the furniture seems a little old and tired ie like the bedside lamps. Rooms are a little small.
