I can't find fault

Wow ! This place was a gem in Rome. The location was perfect as it was central to everything . The staff were the most attentive crew we have ever witnessed. From the front desk to the cleaners to all the workers . We really were constantly greeted and asked to help and they were genuine. The front desk manager helped make everything easy for us . The place was spotless and bright and highly maintained. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable and supportive and the shower was incredible . Fresh towels , ample soaps, shampoos and a clean room and well made bed were waiting for us each afternoon when we returned from our day’s activities. We miss the place and it’s wonderful friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights during our honeymoon. We stayed in the "Suite." The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was large with double sinks, and it has a full-length mirror and good lighting. There is a handheld shower hose and a rainfall shower head with great pressure. The beds were very comfortable (firm like we like...NOT like a soup bowl). There were USB ports next to the bed so you can easily charge your accessories. The ceilings in the room are also very high. There is a living area which made it easy to keep all of our stuff organized. They offer Netflix and YouTube which was a nice perk considering we don't understand Italian TV channels :) The closet was a very good size with lots of hangars. There is a mini fridge and snacks/ drinks stocked. Upon arrival we were greeted by Geejay, who was kind with lots of positive energy! We were offered espresso after our long train ride. (Thank you!) The staff kindly carried our luggage to our room. The building is older which I think was part of the charm. Afterall we are in Rome. The location is fantastic and very central to all the sites. There are also restaurants next door which we enjoyed visiting. We walked everywhere. The Vatican, The Colosseum, Villa Borghese Park, Trastevere, Trevi fountain etc... I recommend walking around the Roman Forum at night. It's beautiful. On the day we were leaving our private driver from the company "Blacklane" who was supposed to take us to the Amalfi Coast called and said they couldn't make. I was panicked and livid! Marco (our front desk hero) being a complete lifesaver arranged (last minute) a private transfer for my husband and I to get to the Amalfi Coast! Thank you, Marco!! Thank you to the entire staff of this hotel!! YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!

Great location. Attractive modern decor

Needed a dresser or cabinet to store clothing. Had to keep clothes for 5 nights in suitcase. Maybe instead of the table under the TV something with shelves or drawers would make storage of clothes better. Otherwise a very nice place.

The location is great, in the middle of the center. Walk distance almost to every place of interest. Was very clean, the breakfast was very good. All staff members were very friendly and professional. The ceilings were very high - 6 meters at least don't know whether it's good or not.

The size of the room - don't think it was junior suit, with one king size and two sofas there was almost no space to walk in the room. My expectations were to see a suit but it was a regular room with kind of a balcony.

The hotel is very close to the Pantheon and within walking distance of all the main sights in Rome. The room was clean, and all the staff were very friendly. The most impressive point was that they made restaurant reservations on our behalf, which was extremely helpful since many restaurants do not accept email bookings. The room was spotless, and the high ceiling made our stay feel very relaxing. Overall, a very good place to choose. Breakfast is also very nice and reasonable.

Terrace Pantheon Relais is in a prime location - just steps from the Pantheon with access to some of the best restaurants and cafés that Rome has to offer at your doorstep! The rooms are stunning, large, and contemporary. The rooftop terrace where Ali the mixologist practices his craft for all of the guests is the perfect spot to watch the famous Roma sunsets. Tucked away on a quaint street, the noise of Roma is hidden as soon as you're inside!

There is some noise to be expected between suite to suite.

The people at this hotel, Marco, Giorgio (George—because this is more exotic ;)), the luggage handler are all wonderful helpful caring people. Upon arrival we were running VERY late and we dropped the bags and stepped into the Taxi that the front desk organized for us and actually made it to our tour! We stayed the first night in a triple room, which was clean and comfortable, by Italian standards was a pretty good size for 3 adults. We moved to a suite for the remainder of our of our stay, which was large and was a very good fit for our family. All the rooms have very high ceilings so even the smaller room felt OK. The beds are extremely comfortable. We had some special needs with concern to the Sabbath, and the hotel was familiar with the concept and were very helpful. We did not experience any antisemitism at this hotel. Small note if you are staying here for the Sabbath, many of the lights are on sensor and can be a problem, depending upon where your room is located. I forgot a few items at the hotel and Giorgio aka George organized everything to be shipped to the States and it was seamless and simple!! Bravo to the Terrace Pantheon Relais!! Great value, large rooms, and EXCEPTIONAL staff!! Ciao Ciao for now! Arrivederci!!

Although there is access to a staff member 24 hours a day, the front desk isn’t really open. Also after 10 PM or so they close the front door and you have to come in with a code. I was actually going to change hotels because of this— I was afraid it was a safety hazard, however, after one night I realized I was wrong, reconsidered and stayed and I am so glad I did! Neither of our rooms had a bathtub, which personally our family likes, but the rain shower was excellent. I would love to have had bathrobes and feather pillows.

Double Room was clean and contemporary , modern design even as one of the lower priced ones. Nice shower bathroom. Good value for central tourist Rome in July. Roof top bar was a real bonus, with good friendly service great cocktails at sunset. Just right after a day walking around a hot Rome! Breakfast was very good with simple European and international selection.

All good but Aircon did stop working one night for a short period. Not a problem.

The team taking care of us were exceptional. Genuine and friendly. Helped us with navigation tips and dining suggestions. Offered us upgrade in room (classic double) as our room was too tiny to allow unpacking of our suitcase. Special mention to Gly, Mark and Dave for their service with a smile.

The heaters in the toilet never worked despite mention of it being on timer. Also the phone in the room never worked as the staff claimed they could never reach me. Room is stuffy without ac but fan provided.
