Location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of food and drinks around every corner, along with most of the sights being 5-15 min walk away. Breakfast was great and there was an array of small bites to choose from. Clean common area and room. The small convenience store across the street was nice. Felt very safe and the street was nice and quiet, as well as the building. All the workers were very nice and accommodating. Very glad we stayed here.

The shower was a bit small for my husband. There are a few floors to climb so if you have a lot of luggage, be aware the elevator is small and may take some trips.

+ the location: close to everything: Pantheon around the corner, as well as 2 churches with wonderful Caravaggios, close to the Capitolean Museum, Forum Romanum, walking distance to Castel San Angelo, Camp Fiori & Trastevere, Quirininale + easy to reach from the railway station (express bus 40) + (surprisingly) really quiet + the balcony with view of the Pantheon is much bigger & better than on the booking.com photos, watching the sunset from the balcony with a crodino (or smth else) is just great + breakfast with an impressive selection of fruits and vegetables, very good croissants, plus: you can order omlette, scrambled eggs … + extremly nice and helpful staff

there was nothing we did not like;

The location is great. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The gentleman working breakfast was wonderful. The room was large and we had a balcony with a view of the rooftops and top of the pantheon.

Everything was very clean and the balcony was nice,but the glass door didn’t quite close tightly and there was no lock on it - luckily there were shutters to close at night. My biggest problem was being cold. Although there is individual air conditioning, we were there in December and the heat was only on early morning and for a while in the evening. I was always cold. We were told to run the air conditioner when the heat wasn’t available and it actually did take the chill off, but I was still cold.

The location was perfect! It’s closed to everything, very easy to find, the building was historic and with an elevator (which’s hard to find in historic buildings), at the reception Federica and David were extremely welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and with a terrace with a beautiful rooftop view, the bathroom was spacious, clean and the rain shower head was very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and with tons of options, from the typical Italian cornetto to American scrambled eggs and omelettes. Couldn’t be happier!!

Excellent location and view of the Pantheon. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Spacious room. Friendly staff, specially Morena, who prepares breakfast every morning.

The acoustic isn't good. We could hear perfectly the guest in the next room snoring all night. I had to use earplugs. I would not recommend it for light sleepers.

Arrived in from a long haul flight and was so pleased that we could check in early - what a bonus. Our room which was with a balcony did not disappoint with an awesome view of the Pantheon !! Great location for an easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and hop on bus stop. Our breakfast was the best we had whilst in Italy - cooked eggs / bacon to your liking and great selection of cereals, fruit etc. The private car transfer that was arranged from the airport to the suites on arrival was greatly appreciated and worked well. They also assisted with a taxi to the train station on our departure. Highly recommend staying here with great staff and facilities.

everything was great !!

We loved our room (pretty sure we got a free upgrade but the staff didn’t mention it). It was very spacious with a desk, couch, clean and spacious bathroom, and a beautiful view facing the Pantheon. Breakfast was absolutely lovely! The train to our next destination got canceled due to strike and the woman at the reception desk (Federica) spent time, even stayed a little after her work day ended, to help provide advice about alternative travel options. We ended up taking her advice and were able to get to our destination without too much trouble.

We stayed one night and had to leave very early the next morning, so we wouldn't be able to enjoy the included breakfast. The receptionist was very nice and brought us some breakfast pastries and juice/water that same afternoon instead. The suites are on the 4th floor. Thankfully, there is a lift, although it can only fit one or two persons. The bath had a big walk-in shower, which is a plus since previous bnb on this trip had ridiculously small shower. Very good location.

There were 3 of us and only 2 large bath towels provided. One of the small towels had a stain on it. The floors are dark and can hide dirt, but I saw white hairs or maybe tooth floss (?) on the upstairs bedroom floor.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The management's proactive approach, evident even before our arrival with detailed check-in procedures and assistance options, set a positive tone for our visit. Federica's exceptional service during our early check-in was a standout moment. Despite the hotel being fully occupied, she made every effort to accommodate us promptly and even surprised us with a room upgrade. The location was unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Rome's historical landmarks right from our window. We found ourselves within walking distance of all the major attractions, making our sightseeing effortless. The delicious breakfast, served punctually and offering a wide variety of options, was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the attentive staff, prime location, and top-notch amenities. We can't wait to return.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Again, it was a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. This time we had the room with a large balcony with a view to the Pantheon, super! The location is excellent. The room was very clean. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. We really enjoyed the possibility to have breakfast on our balcony. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully will stay there again.
