This accommodation is in the perfect location - really central to all the main sites, and in an area with loads of restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe in the location. The room is a great size, the bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. The room was also really clean. The host was easy to communicate with and really helpful. The room was quiet as well, even though in a busy area, I couldn't hear any outside noise or traffic at night, and couldn't hear other guests in other rooms.

Very good location all the main attractions a short walk away. Lots of restaurants close by plus the little supermarkets. Felt safe in the area walking around at night. We were able to level our bags in the room before check-in and start our exploring witch was a big help. Room was cleaned every day. Aircon worked really well thankfully as we had 34 & 35 deg days in our time there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at visiting Rome.

The location was the best part of the property. You can walk everywhere as it's so centrally located, right next to Piazza Navona, the medieval quarter near Via del Governo Vecchio (and lots of restaurants), a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum, Trastevere, the Spanish Steps! The property is very safe and you are have a locked door before entering the hallway of Al Centro di Roma, a locked gate to the elevator or stairway at night, and a locked door to the building at night. There is a taxi stand 2 minutes away for getting to the train stations or the airport, otherwise you can walk everywhere.

The apartment is located in the centre of Rome, right next to the Neptune Fountain and 5 mins walk to Pantheon. Furthermore, the room features a lovely view of the town, but the soundproof towards outside is quite good. The building has a quite new lift so no problem with suitcases. The room is nice and clean with all necessary facilities. The checkin process is smooth and our luggage can be stored at the property before the room is ready.

It was so clean, extremely safe, close to delicious restaurants, taxi stand and most importantly…the manager and owner are so kind, informative and made the stay so special. Very generous property!!! A must stay!

Seriously…. This place is a true Roman building that gives you the experience you want. If you want fancy breakfast - pick a fancier hotel and pay the $$$$ For this lovely gem…it has a great history and an owner that wanted it to be beloved! So grabbing a coffee or croissant at a nearby stand—- is perfecto!

Everything was great, the location is perfect—10 out of 10. It's very convenient for visiting any attractions, with a bus stop right at the door and two convenience stores within 200 meters. The location feels very safe; in addition to the door lock on the room, there are three additional locks to enter the building from the street, so there's no need to worry about safety. The room faces the street, but once you close the window, it's very quiet. The sunlight is great, and you can enjoy distant views when the window is open. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they responded quickly to our messages, even allowing us to check in early. Although the elevator was broken during our stay, the stairs in the building are easy to navigate with a circular design, and each flight of stairs isn’t too steep. I highly recommend staying here.

The room is located on the last floor in an old but well maintained building in the center of Rome. I liked the building, you feel the typical old architecture and spirit yet with all the modern facilities, including elevator. The room is of normal hotel-style size, well equipped. It is not a 5-star hotel room but it is in good condition, cozy and equipped with everything you need for you stay. We walked a lot around the city and spent very few time in the room, so it was very satisfying for us. The location is excellent! 3 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 5 min walk to Campo de' Fiori and all the other main sites in Rome are easily reached by foot. Bus stop (to get to train station or other destinations) is just across the street. The room owner was very responsive, the communication was well and the responses were fast, both before our arrival and during our stay. He also helped us with airport transportation upon our arrival. The room doesn't have dining space. We had a breakfast coupons in a café in front of the building. The café was very pleasant with very friendly staff and the breakfast was nice.

The only thing that was missing for us is safe where we could keep our documents and valuable things.

This property is truly in the centre of Rome with most major attractions and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and host Daniel friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free water and coffee from the retro-style coffee machine!

Room was ready early and check in was really easy. Guy who checked me in was extremely helpful in explaining some things about the TV reception.Room was bright and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really nice with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Location was right in the heart of the tourist district. Everything was so close.

I liked everything about this room.

The location of the place couldn’t have been better. Piazza navona was next doors . Rest of places of interest were at a 17 to 25 min walking distance. After all Rome has very heavy traffic in the centre so the best way to see and feel the city is on foot. The room was clean and well decorated . All rooms are at the 4th floor of an old building same as many similar ones you see in Rome. Our room had a modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen . Plenty of take away outlets for any kind of food and beverages around as well as grocery stores. Campo del fiori was also in 4 min walk. It was like having our second flat at Rome. Daniel was a good host.
