We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic, just a minute or two from the Piazza Navona and near to lots of transport options, restaurants and sights to see. You're only about a 25 minute walk from the Colosseum and Forum and the Vatican City too - and right next to bus stops to get further. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and offered some great local suggestions. Check-in and out were very easy too, and they kept our bags behind for us to collect after check-out so we could spend the day exploring before our flight home. Our room was very comfortable - it had a nice big shower and was very clean. We were even offered a choice of mattress before checking in (we chose the Aurora option) and it was a very comfortable bed.

If I were nitpicking (and it is only a very minor complaint) I would say that it can be a little noisy between the rooms. There seemed to only be about 6 or 7 rooms all joined from one corridor, and in the mornings you could hear other people walking up and down or using the breakfast room. Earplugs are provided though, if you're a light sleeper. But we heard no noise during the night or in the evenings, just from 8am onwards.

The location was Perfect! Just steps from Campo de Fiori, next door to a delicious pastry shop, 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The roof garden was lovely, and the 4:00 snack of fruit, cookies, cake and juice was much appreciated. The staff was excellent - the day we left I forgot my phone charger and the young woman at the desk found it and ran after us before we got in the taxi. She made my day!

Our room #6 didn't have a view - I think it was the only one that overlooked the next building's wall instead of a street. (Room #1 was huge and on the front corner with multiple windows - next time!) The elevator doesn't work if the inner doors aren't closed - this happened to us twice but luckily we were going down and not up the 5 flights of stairs. The bed linens were starched and uncomfortable (the blanket was soft so my wife used that). And the wood-floor hallway was noisy when anyone walked or talked outside their rooms. This woke us up several nights with late-comers.

Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, bus and taxi stops, and only 3 minute walk to Plaza Navona. It felt peaceful but still well‑connected to transit and local attractions. The view, size of our bedroom and bathroom toiletries provided were outstanding. The bed was supremely comfortable—with crisp linens and the perfect springiness—and the blackout curtains ensured uninterrupted sleep. The building has an elevator which made moving between floors—even with luggage—effortless. Especially for our mother who suffers from knee problems. Highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again. A special shout-out to Alberto who communicated with me several days in advance with details on what to expect and services they provide, like the shuttle to and from FCO.

When arriving in a large, vibrant city like Rome, it’s important to find a place that feels like home—warm, indulgent, welcoming, accessible, and friendly. That’s exactly how we felt every time we returned to our room at this charming boutique hotel, located near Piazza Navona—within easy walking distance of almost every major attraction in Rome and/or public transportation. The thoughtful daily treats left in our room, often with a personal note, the impeccable daily cleaning, the luxurious sheets and towels, and the complimentary coffee and refreshments available throughout the day truly made it feel like home. The friendly hosts gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and were quick to accommodate any request. There’s also a great breakfast available for just an additional 10 euros. We’re very glad we chose this place and would be happy to visit again.

We loved everything!

Location was amazing for everything we wanted to walk to. Our arrival food and drink prebooked was perfect and beautifully presented. Alberto was so helpful in getting us settled and suggesting interesting places to visit, places to eat etc. David looked after us so well, a very polite and helpful young man, a credit to the PNRG team who were all absolutely amazing and made our stay the best we have ever had in Roma, thank you.

A little noisy at night but Roma never sleeps, cars and police sirens at 1-2am.

The location is fabulous, close walking distance to most of the big points of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a charming view of the roof tops and building.

Our room was very loud. We were at the front of the building with two windows which provided a nice view, but little insulation from the traffic, music and sirens in the streets below. Ear plugs are provided, but it was still loud.

This is an excellent place to stay in Rome and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I met Ellie when I arrived, to arranging an airport transfer with Alberto last minute, the service was incredible. So many little treats and attention to detail and a lovely place to come back to for an iced tea at the end of a long day sightseeing. The location is very good. A short stroll to Piazza Navona and within walking distances to all the sights! It feels like your own little Italian home for a little while! Loved it!

Alberto was a great host, welcomed me personally and provided very good recommendations. the bed was very comfortable, and it is possible to choose type of mattress. location is great, room was clean.

Noise - you hear loudly noises from the hallway and other rooms. (earplugs were provided) Room was small and less pretty than photos (but still great value for money).

Staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and we had an amazing view outside our window. The roof garden was beautiful, and we wish we had enjoyed it a little more. The location was great. It was about a 30 minute walk to the colosseum and Vatican City. This location was very centrally located and had many restaurants near by. The staff even gave some recommendations of their favorite places and things to do. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Rome!

Room was a little small but worked for two people.

Everything was lovely from the side entry huge doors to the old fashioned very cool elevator. Alberto and Ellie were delightful and so very helpful to meet your every need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. They aim to please! The location most of all was perfect for us. Centrally located to most every venue. Walk out the side entry door and you will have restaurants and shopping within minutes of Piccola Navona Roof Garden. Highly recommend!
