The staff, location, cleanliness of the room and the breakfast.

Nothing and the service was excellent.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was so friendly, the room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and the location was unbeatable. Having a safe elevator was a perk and the breakfast, made to order and included in the stay, was delicious and a great way to start the day.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

What a truely incredible place to stay. The view from our suite was unmatched and incredible. A lively location free from the hustle and bustle, but still alive every night with music and entertainment. Plenty of restaurants and every tourist attraction/ popular shopping street is within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly and arranged our transportation for us. The building is full of history and made us feel like locals. The room and facilities were newly renovated and very luxurious. The bed was very comfy, minibar included, free wifi and streaming services. If I ever return to Rome, I won’t stay anywhere else. 11/10 the best few nights I’ve ever spent abroad.

We had a fantastic stay at Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona. The service was excellent; we received complimentary bottles of water and were surprised with a sweet treat on the day of our departure. The rooms are incredibly luxurious and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast is very generous, and you can order as much as you like the night before via an app—bacon and eggs, fruit, cereals, fresh juice, fresh rolls, and delicious croissants. The location is also perfect. The staff is very friendly. We stayed with the whole family and had one room overlooking Piazza Navona and another with a hot tub and two bedrooms. Our stay was amazing, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Our stay was perfect!

Great location, staff were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was ordered on line and delivered to the room. Mini fridge replenished every day and tea/coffee facilities in the room. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco on the last night which was a nice touch. Go a couple of streets back and the bars etc are cheaper than the tourist ones in the Piazza. Look at photos for location as there is just a door. It’s on the LHS gable looking from the Piazza.

Not the cheapest but it is right on Piazza Narvona

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Met us at the canal and walked us to the hotel a short distance away. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. The location was really great as well. Easy walk to St. marks Square and lots of restaurants very nearby. Rooms were a little small, but very clean and served our purposes.

The walls are VERY thin and it felt like people were talking and taking showers inside my room at midnight. I had an uncomfortable experience with someone making absolutely awful noises that sounded so loud, felt like literally inside my room. Either this person was getting murdered or throwing up, it was really really disturbing. Besides that, so complaints. The hotel and staff worked for our group very nicely.

It’s literally in the center on the piazza! Beautiful views of the fountains. Perfect for walking to restaurants and sightseeing.

I wish they had sent us information on how difficult they are to find. They are tucked in behind outdoor restaurant seating. No big signs - just a small plaque by the door with the name. The door is locked - so you have to ring them when you get there. Not a big deal, but would have saved us from walking the entire plaza looking for it.

It’s a little hard to find it first, but it is an amazing property opening up to the plaza. The views and the location were exceptional. The service was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning were the best meals we had in Olive of Rome.

Sleeping at night was sometimes a challenge with the noise from the plaza, but we expected that from the get-go. If that’s something that would bother you, you might consider a different property. We just played white noise on our phones at night.

We highly recommend Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona. The staff were excellent and made an extra effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal for enjoying the splendid Piazza Navona and it's vibrant neighbourhood, along with visiting all the famed historical sites, galleries, museums and adjacent neighbourhoods. The daily breakfast served in our room was delicious, plentiful and enjoyable and we'd be very happy to stay here again.
