The property was perfectly located near Piazza Navona, easily in walking distance of plenty to do. Taxi stand is right around the corner. Rooms were very nice, clean and had more than we needed.

Not good directions. All was great but would have been nice to have more information. The property is not marked on the outside, just a wooden door. Push open the wooden door and go up to the 3rd floor. You need a keypad combination to get into that door. Easy from there!

Location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing.

For me noises from the street were annoying in the night.

Location is very good, but a bit loud, because of the big street nearby. The staff is amazing, I had a problem with the hairdryer and got the new one after 15 minutes I've sent an email Also there were no slippers in the room, I asked and got them the same day.

The room wasn't clean good enough, the floor was dirty. The bathroom is a bit small, there is not enough space to leave the bathroom accessories, but the shower itself is very good. The bed and the duvet cover were not comfortable, the blanket was always going out.

Nice location, a modern and cozy place with well-chosen decorations on all the apartment, just like the pictures. The shower is pretty cool with the LEDs on. And the bed was pretty comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights. On the day next to our arrival we placed the not disturb paper on the door, because the towels and everything were still usable, on the next day we placed the paper to clean, but the towels were not changed, we just noticed after dinner when we got home, so the 3 nights we had to use the same towels with was a bit depressing, to say the least. The bathtub shower head didn't work, just the faucet. Also, the shower leaked a little bit of water to the outside, making the mat wet.

This place had an amazing location in Centro Storico and right around the corner from the Piazza so very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this place to others. Good A/C.

No washer/dryer. Had to leave taxes in cash at checkout which was a little annoying and inconvenient. Multiple flights of stairs with no access to elevator was challenging and would be impossible for some.

This was a nice, clean, centrally-located place. It had a large bed with plenty of pillows.

This isn't really a hotel. It does not have a fully staffed check in desk and there is normally no one at the desk. This room is in a building that shares a main entry with other units in the building. Often, this door was either not fully closed or someone had inserted a piece of cardboard to prevent it from locking. Additionally, the door on the second floor to the apartments themselves was sometimes left open.

The location was excellent. Just around the corner from Piazza Navona, a 30-second walk. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious .

There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. There is no shelf to place toiletries. There was a sewerage smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The placement of the duchess makes it difficult to walk past the bed to the bathroom

Location was great, Bathroom facilities and master bedroom were clean and comfortable. The Host was very accomodating and sent excellent detailed video instructions for self check in and allowed us to leave our luggage securely for several hours after check out!

There were not enough glasses, only one flute and one wine glass. I didn't love that there wasn't much natural light, they had great windows and did their best to allow natural light in but our apartment was an internal one that was not street facing so I missed not having an outlook. The noise between rooms could be quite loud, and I was equally concerned that my children's giggling and making noise would disturb the neighbours. There was a cleaners cupboard in our room, which was not overly convenient, as the cleaner had to come in on two of the mornings to get supplies to service the other rooms and we hadn't left for the day and were still showering and getting ready etc.

Very good space for 3 adults. Air-conditioning worked well and the location was very quiet while still being very close to the main city sights. A great retreat from the busy streets.

Check in process was a little confusing but once that was sorted it was a great stay. Thanks

Great location walking distance to The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Vatican City, we only slept in the apartment there was too much to see and enjoy in this vibrant part of Rome, bring comfy walking shoes as the streets are cobbled. Accommodation was perfect for the 3 of us, great wifi.
