Great location. Bed was comfortable. This is a group of four rooms being rented on the third floor of a building. Check in was through instructions through WhatsApp with the codes to enter the building, the group of rooms and the key box to get the key to the room. Our room was very quiet except for a little hallway noise. The shower was separate from the bathroom with a curtain separating it from the room. Everything was very clean. We loved the location. This is in a pedestrian area though taxis can drive there. There were lots of good restaurants in the area. We walked everywhere from this location. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The location was excellent, offering access to many facilities and very close to all major attractions. In the evenings, the area had a great atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and bars just steps away. Piazza Navona was only a 4-minute walk away. Public transportation was also easily accessible nearby. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment. After check-out, they also helped us avoid using paid lockers by allowing us to leave our bags there until departure. Daniele was very kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during our stay.

Overall, everything was great. The only small detail is that since the shower space was separate from the toilet, it could have used a bit more lighting — the LED lights there weren’t very bright.

This hotel is a great budget-friendly option with a truly unbeatable location — just steps from Piazza Navona and surrounded by excellent restaurants, each one seemingly better than the last. We stayed here mainly to rest overnight and cool off during the hottest hours of the day, but I really wish I had had more time to enjoy the bed — it was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows and smooth, high-quality bedding. As someone who loves to sleep, I truly appreciated that! The bathroom was excellent too, featuring a shower with ambient lighting — a surprisingly pleasant touch. The check-in process might feel a bit tricky at first because of multiple access codes along the way, but the host’s instructions are so clear that everything becomes straightforward after the first time. You get used to it quickly. We never once used public transport during our stay in Rome — apart from the Leonardo Express from the airport to Termini — because everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Overall, only positive emotions from this stay!

Perfect location 3 minutes from Piazza Navona with lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries right on the doorstep. We walked to all the main attractions that are all with 20 minute walk. The accomodation was very spacious and comfortable and staff extremely responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Nothing. Would highly recommended. Thought it might be noisy due to location and some other reviews but honestly was very surprised at how quiet it was.

Everything about our stay at Navona Central Relais was incredible. The A/C was the best we had on our entire 2-week Italy trip and the beds were the most comfortable. The staff was also extremely communicative, friendly and helpful. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, you cannot beat this location. It is around the corner from Piazza Navona, there is a wonderful market downstairs, and most of Rome's main sites (the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute walk. We only took one taxi during our entire 3 night stay (back from the Colosseum) and, honestly, we could have walked back if our feet weren't killing us from walking all day. There are several dozen cafes, restaurants and bars all within a few hundred feet of the front door and, despite that, the room is still quiet and peaceful at night, even on a weekend. While you are in the heart of everything - Navona Central Relais is the perfect amount of tucked away, the front door is on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the main avenues. The fun lights in the shower are just an added bonus. Needless to say, we highly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here the next time we are in Rome. We also recommended it to our friends who are traveling to Rome next month.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Everything about the property was amazing. First thing that made me feel comfortable is the cleanliness of the property. The location was a walking distance from all the attractions. It was close to your daily necessities as well ( coffee shop, groceries etc). Very safe local area. The owner (Andrea) was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we have a nice stay. A huge thanks to Daniel, who was there to help with anything we needed. In general I would’ve rate Navona Central Relias a 20 out of 10. When I come back I’ll stay there for sure. Thanks Andrea for a very memorable stay.

Great location - some nice restaurants the area. There is a lot going on right out the front door - restaurants , shops, etc. Major attractions like the Colosseum, Vatican, Trevino Fountain, etc were within easy walking distance. The property manager was very friendly/helpful and arranged a cab to take us to the train station. The bedding and amenities were good quality, there was space to put out suitcases and the lift was in good working order :)

Not very quiet but wasn’t expecting it would be considering the very central location.

Daniele was a great host from the beginning. He had our room ready at 10 am!!! We were met by him every morning and he was so kind giving recommendations of restaurants and such. The beds were soooo comfortable and the shower had led lights which were fun. The room was very clean and they changed our towels everyday. The hallway had tea and coffee. And the location was amazing! We could do everything on foot in the old city. Overall an amazing experience!

• it was a bit hard to find at the beginning but once we made it in it was amazing. • some noise from the streets (did not bother us because we are deep sleepers but may be annoying to light sleepers).

◦ We stayed at the place for 3 days. The room was not large ( but its Rome so didn’t expect anything different). Very clean. The bed is comfortable and large. The location is perfect. Many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The host was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and very responsive and friendly. Andrea was responding to our texts promptly even at 11pm at night. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Rome.

We loved everything! The location is perfect, many restaurants and cool shoos around, most of the time we walked everywhere. Andrea the host is super nice, he gave us some really good recommendations and they were available and answered all my questions during the stay. Everything was clean and it was quiet which was perfect! Definitely book this place
