On arrival staff were exceptionally friendly and hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere Dinner in the restaurant an absolute pleasure…the owner was a delightful lady who was extremely friendly and informative and the food, well it was delicious!!!

Staff are fantastic, very friendly with excellent English but happy for you to try your broken Italian if you want. I wish I had written down the names of the staff so I could thank them by name in this review as they deserve it. They also gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The rooftop restaurant Verve is brilliant. We had an amazing 6 course degustation meal there and I highly recommend you try it. Hotel is on a quiet street, and rooms are whisper quiet yet walking distance to the Centro and also the Trastevere to eat at night (which I highly recommend). I would also mention the hotel very thoughtfully advised me of a transportation strike the day of my departure and organised a taxi for me. That is excellent service as I wouldn't have known otherwise. Finally, I had room 24 which has a private terrace. It was amazing, and if you are happy to splurge a little, it is well worth it. Had friends over for drinks as the sun set over the Rome rooftops and created some brilliant memories.

Water pressure and temperature of the shower could be upped a little. Lift wasn't working when I was there, but I didn't mind using the stairs at all as the hotel ambience is so nice. Any bags or heavier items were gladly taken care of by the staff.

Our experience at the Dom hotel was nothing short from amazing. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, they even gave us a free upgrade! The bell boy was very helpful and the service was very fast. The breakfast was delicious, we got the scrambled eggs and the salmon sandwich along with some complementary pastries from the chef. The room (two-floor loft) was amazing, very spacious, and well curated. The only downside, we would say, would be the entrance of the hotel was facing a governmental building of some sort, which made entering via car a bit challenging. Otherwise everything was good and would definitely go there again.

This is a small five star boutique hotel in the old part of Rome. It is a converted palace and many of the original features have been kept. It has tremendous character. It had a cosy bar and fantastic restaurant (my partner says it was the best food he has ever tasted!) and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was large and spacious and the bathroom contemporary and generous. While it is within the walls it is not in a traditional touristy area and the life of the locals goes on around you.

Location is excellent. In the middle of centro storico, but on a quiet street. Very close to excellent restaurants, cafes and gelaterias. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Apart from normal room servicing, there is also turn down service, which is rare these days.

It is on the expensive side, but considering its location. It is well worth it. We chose not to do with the included breakfast as that is 25E per person. You can get great coffee and pastries nearby for a fraction of the cost.

The property inside was beautiful. Great Verve restaurant (evening meal) - fantastic ! Room was spacious and comfortable -one of the few hotels ive been that has great pillows ☺️. Great products (aqua di parma) . Lovely location within walking distance to everything pretty much.

The windows let in a lot of noise , so were woken up several times early in the mornkng from outside noise. Although the breakfast (included) was wonderful , it was not very accomodating if someone didnt eat meat for e.g . Always received mortadella rather than given an option for turkey meat / salmon instead. Buffet only had plain yogurt - no options for fat free / flavored yogurt - buffet could have had a few more options to round out the breakfast offerin - but this is a minor detail.

Cosy, centrally located hotel with excellent staff. Was a combination of rustic, quirky and modern. Loved that the Junior Suite had a second bathroom. Beautiful decoration on the ceiling.

It was off season so the Terrace Restaurant was closed. The bar was empty too. There is a government building opposite so be prepared to see the military standing outside.

The hotel is perfect for restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. Staff make you feel very welcome from the moment you check in. Everyone is so friendly. Rooms are beautiful and very comfy. The breakfast is so fresh and lots of it is home made. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be revisiting.
