Great location and easy hotel. Great roof top, Central but yet quiet.

Great location on quiet street

Lobby doesnt have a place where can grab a simple refreshment at off hour. Such as a soda or water.

Hotel, staff, breakfast, room, cleaning staff are were friendly and ready to help. The lead chef for breakfast did a superb job at accommodating our gluten free needs with the best chocolate filled croissant (GF) ever!

Location was good, however outside the hotel the city street was being torn up by the city with a truck load of gravel/rock in front of the hotel entrance. I know, by no fault of the Hotel, fair enough. Surely I would stay again regardless of the street being torn up.

We love the room and the balcony. One suggestion would be a place for luggage. The location was excellent! We did not take the breakfast option, but we had a walk at the breakfast restaurant, the breakfast buffet looked attractive. We had a great time. All the staff members were super friendly, helpful and hospitable.

The one drawback was the heat, too hot!! And, it could not adjusted. We were told that the system was under upgrade and could be adjusted in the meantime. So, the technician ended up turning off our ventilation system and offered us an electric fan. We went back to the basics!! We did not want to open the balcony door for security reasons and a bit noisy outside. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful; they have tried their best, it's winter time, so it's ok. Another one was water in the bathroom, it was too slow. Took a long time to shower. Hope that the above concerns will be fixed or improved in our next visit. We like this hotel a lot and would like to come back on our next visit.

the location was excellent - perfect to start your walk around rome to see the sights but also to go to the restaurants and bars in the very cosy streets

no valet parking the room was very hot i entered and it was 25 degrees to i turned on the ac to 19 and left when i returned hours later it was 27 degrees (result i turned it all off and slept with the windown open) drank a lot of water ...

Central location - conveniently located between Vatican, travastere and Spanish steps / Trevi. Located in a quiet step yet very close to great shops to enjoy. Staff very helpful. Was able to check in early which was an added bonus after long transit

Bathroom was a little dated

The location was excellent - close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet, not on a main street, and the hotel was not too large, which felt more personal. The room was good, although a little on the small side and it would have been nice to have been able to have two easy chairs in the room, not just one, or if the banquette by the window would have been wide so we could sit on it. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and duvet/sheets were fine. The service was great and thank you for the bottle of prosecco (it was our 35th wedding anniversary). The breakfast was good and the coffee of an excellent quality.

Please see above regarding seating in the room. The window let in light in the morning because the shutters did not obscure the entire window and the curtains were too thin. Please also provide more coffee capsules (a couple of "lungo" Nespresso capsules would have been appreciated.

For a 5-star hotel, I was surprised there was no personalized greeting awaiting for us in the room. We weren’t offered a glass of Prosecco or a simple apple upon arrival. Aside from a tiny closet, our premium room had no storage - not a single hook or a drawer was available in the room. This not a deal-breaker, but definitely inconvenient in terms of a room setup. Our thermostat could not be adjusted and we were provided with a fan.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is within walking distance of all the major sites! There is also a couple local coffee and pastry shops just around the corner. The great part about staying here is you get unlimited use of part of the spa, which is great to soak your feet after a long day of walking. The staff was excellent as well.

I know everybody's comfort level of a bed is different. For us personally, the mattress was a little too firm for us. Again that is a personal preference.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room size was larger than normal for European standards and the AC worked well. The rooftop bar was a nice added bonus and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We liked the location because it was centrally located, yet not in a high traffic area.
