The location was perfect, short walk too many attractions and night life piazza’s however far enough away from too much night life noise. The apartment was small but had everything you needed, the security was great we felt safe having the building door and the apartment doors locked at dark. Three coded doors to access the apartment building and a lock to your apartment. Our apartment building had a shared kitchen space and a small luggage facility to store luggage before check in. Our host was great, he provided us with everything we needed.

The shower was small and tended to flood the bathroom if water pressure was too high.

Location is excellent,5 minutes walk to the Vatican and 25 minutes walk to Via del Corso and Spanish steps.The property is secure and comfortable with a fridge,air con and large tv (Italian channels only 🤣) very comfortable bed and clean spacious room , oh and there is a mini safe free to use !

The only thing that lets the property down is the shower tray has mouldy patches on the painted tray floor, need attention, although the shower 🚿 is lovely and powerful from a rain type head set in the ceiling

The hotel's highlights are definitely the location, the space, and the value for money. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Vatican, making it a pleasure to explore the city. The staff was excellent, with quick and efficient service throughout our stay, and the check-in process was very smooth. One standout detail was that they replaced used towels daily, upon request, which was a great touch. The room is the right size for those who spend most of their time out, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and, although compact, it’s perfect for a couple. Highly recommend!

There aren’t many negative points, as the positives far outweigh them. However, for those who are particular, the room is small, but it’s good enough for those who spend most of their time outside. Some might find the shower box a bit tight, but I personally found it fine. The windows face the street, so there can be some street noise, which might bother light sleepers. Additionally, the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear other guests in nearby rooms. Still, for those who don’t mind some noise, it’s not an issue.

We stayed there for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. We received a message explaining how to access the property (which was very helpful!) just before we were due to arrive and Damaris was waiting for us there although we were a little early for check-in, so check-in was so smooth and check-out was easy too. Damaris was so nice and responsive on the app if we had any questions or messages. There were a kettle and a fridge in our room and also a toaster in the shared area, which was a bonus! Our room was made each day and it was nice to come back to a freshly made bed after a long day of walking! Some people mentioned a lack of natural light in the reviews, but we could open the windows to ventilate the room, so there was no issue. We would recommend this place!

More tea and coffee in the room would have been nice, but we got some in the supermarket nearby, so it wasn't an issue!

The room has enough space for 3. There is care in its preparation, since a lot of utilities are provided, such as coffee, tea and various hygiene items. Very comfortable and well centered. The room is cleaned everyday. The host, Damaris, is a very available person, always ready to help.

One can see the building is a bit more old and that the room was restored. That demands a different type of cleaning. For me, our room was well cleaned everyday, but I understand why some previous guests don’t consider it that way. There is some limescale on the shower tap and the bathroom wallpaper comes off more easily. Nothing serious for me, just requires more maintenance.

The room was nice and comfy. With a very comfortable bed. AC was working quickly and efficiently. The common kitchen area was a nice touch. Friendly and accommodating staff! Overall I would recommend it for a single traveler or a couple. I would consider staying here again! :)

Ventilation in the bathroom was a bit lacking. After taking a shower it stayed humid for a long time and the smell wasn't too nice. My partner also mentioned that light was too dim for putting on makeup (lack of daylight).

Great location and was very quiet considering the location. A really great osteria very close by. Close to bus stops. Room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. Appreciated the small refrigerator. Great security.

One day the expresso cups were not replenished by the cleaning staff, but the host came in special to replace. Much appreciated. Could have used blackout curtains instead of draped curtains that did not close fully.

I just wanted to inform you about the presence of the ants. In the morning, I wanted to eat my chocolate and biscuits that I found that it is full of ants, unbelievable. The room was comfortable, clean, with easy access. The house has a perfect location, less than 15 minutes walking distance from the Basilica of San Pietro, close also to other attractions - Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. In a communicative place, close to restaurants and bus stops.

The location was perfect! The room was large and spacious, modern. Highly recommended!

only problem that there was no coffee in the room only tea! Not even an instant coffee. for this price, this would be the minimum
