First of all the location was phenomenal, so close to the Vatican and Fontana di Trevi but also just a bus or tram ride away from Termini or the Colosseum. The hotel was wonderful, exceptionally clean and comfortable (just one detail: you have two pillows- a firmer one and a softer one). Everything was cleaned daily and looked absolutely pristine. The staff was so kind and helpful, they solve everything as fast as they can maintaining a high level of service. Also I would like to add that the pancake machine that they have for breakfasts is such a fun and useful addition!

Loved the location , the wonderful staff and the cleanliness . My husband had been taken ill and was in hospital, I had to extend my stay in rome and chose this wonderful hotel with the most obliging staff . As I didn't know how many days to book for , the staff let me book a few days at a time , moving me to a different room if necessary. Every room was so different and so unique ranging from art deco style to industrial loft style all beautiful and spotlessly clean . The staff helped me with any issues I had , I thank them sincerely. I would highly recommended this hotel and will be my no 1 choice if I return to Rome .

There was nothing I didn't like !

- very friendly and attentive staff - very stylish hotel, artwork and finishes - our room had slippers and robes - our room had air conditioning, teas and kettle, and a mini fridge - close to the Vatican and Trastevere and local authentic eateries - Luggage storage available

- first floor is loud with the windows open, but that is due to the proximity with the road - drain pipes cam be heard in the room when used in other rooms (1st floor experience)

Very centrally located along the river, near Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The room itself was sizeable, well-appointed and comfortable, with lots of windows on both sides, a large bathroom, and a lovely private terrace with a great view that we wish we had been able to spend more time on.

Despite being centrally located, there are weirdly not a lot of amenities nearby - the closest cafe is about an 8 minute walk away (though of course the hotel has coffee & breakfast), and all the nearby convenience shops/tabaccherie close at like 9pm. Also, with the windows open it was pretty loud - there were constant ambulance sirens all night (to be fair, it was a Friday night, but still... seemed like excessive city noise compared to our previous stays in Rome).

The room was nice and clean, very beautiful bathroom. Our room had its own little outdoor space. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The location was a little bit scary. We had to cross a narrow road which had some weird dudes sometimes. It is a little bit pricey. I will always compare hotel prices to what is used to be and I don’t think it is worth the 400€ for 3 nights in a dark alley away from metro etc etc. It is a very good facility but I believe you can find something cheaper for the same benefits

The property was clean and in a nice location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions. We were in walking distance of all of the attractions and dining spots. The staff were very friendly and always available. The ac worked great, which was needed after walking through the city in extreme heat.

I did think our reservations included breakfast, however when we arrived we were told it was 20 euro per person each morning (if we wanted breakfast). I recall the booking add said breakfast included which was one reason we selected this hotel at a hirer rate.

Fantastic room, absolutely phenomenal location. The view out of the window was wonderful and it's a five minute walk from the Vatican. Honestly couldn't ask for better, the room was luxurious and the facilities were nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were wonderful and very attentive. If I ever return to Rome, I will be staying in this establishment again.

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. It was in a good area next to the Vatican and by a bus stations to easily get around the city.

Their laundry service charged per item washed. This was not for dry cleaning this was for regular washing of clothes. it was around 2-3 Euros for a pair of socks and 4-5 Euros for a shirt or pants. That being said they did offer to print out local laundromats to help me find the nearest one that suited my needs.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to Trastevere and easy to get to any historical places in Rome. At the same time the hotel is situated on a quiet street, far from the noise and allows to have a good rest after all the walking. The breakfast is fresh and very delicious, enough to keep you going during the day. The staff is very helpful and kind, gave us any extra information we needed and helped us booking a taxi to the airport. It was good we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel the last day and make the most of our holiday before the flight. We recommend strongly the hotel.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Quiet and private, well kept hotel. Our room had a comfy bed, most importantly it was clean and all the amenities we needed. The terrace room we chose was very nice in the evening. The staff was always pleasant, very helpful. Great location, just on the edge of the busy center of Rome. Makes easy walking distance to many great attractions and restaurants across the river or the Trastevere district.

No dislikes
