Fantastically located to walk just about everywhere we wanted to. With great access in and out of the major tourist spots. Comfortable bed, with ample space inside the bedroom. Parking cost 30€ per night (a bit expensive but probably because of the location)

Not too sure this would be the most ‘family friendly’ section of Rome and a bit dirty so to speak, never saw anything bad just had an extra eye out some times. The area is amazing for couples or people who like to walk around and view things. Like many historical cities small doorways feature heavily, however once inside the room it was fine!

The location is fantastic for sightseeing and also for eating out. The place is really quiet even though you are in the heart of the city. Staff is very nice and helpful, Eduardo was always there happy to help. The room was very clean. The main bed was really comfortable. The room was big enough for 4 people. We had a wonderful time in Rome.

Maybe to pay a bit more attention ,in terms of decoration, to the other side of the room where the two single beds were and the entrance to the apartment. That’s all really, I would happily go back to Residenza dell’Angelo.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, literally walking distance from all major attractions, two really nice restaurants right outside and a lovely little cafe for breakfast too. The room itself felt really secure, it was spacious, quiet and comfortable, the aircon was very appreciated as it was really hot whilst I was there. The staff were also really good, it was my first time travelling solo and I was worried getting from the airport to the hotel, but I chose the option to book the transport service through the hotel and was so glad I did. Eduardo at the hotel arranged everything for me and even when I struggled to find the driver, I called the hotel and he stayed on the phone to me until I had, which was really appreciated. They also messaged me on WhatsApp so anything I needed during my stay, I simply had to message.

Excellent location, very close to everything and easy direct public transport to Termini. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Checkin was also vert easy, even if we arrived late and we could also leave the luggages in the lobby on our last day. I actually enjoyed the view to Saint Angelo even though I have seen some negative comments concerning the window being at the street level. It was strange, indeed, but there are curtains for this. Also, the street noise was not an issue with the window closed, I have stayed in places with view to the inside yard and the noise was way worse, especially when the walls are thin and the Italians are throwing a party.

The bed was pretty soft and even if it was a "queen bed", there were actually to separate mattresses, therefore one would always "sink" in the middle. I did not enjoy the bed sheets at all as the cover was actually two separate bedsheet around the blanket and by morning it will all be a mess and one would be in contact directly with the blanket, as many others before probably. Also bit cold during the night, especially when it rained outside and couldn't figure out the air condition on hot, but I did not try too much and did not ask for assistance. Not an issue to usually have in Rome anyway.

The location was amazing, especially for the price. You're directly across from Castel Sant Angelo which is magnificent and only a short walk to the Vatican. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the cleaners did a fantastic job each time and we were provided with fresh towels whenever we needed. They also allowed us to leave our bags in a small area after check out before our trip to the airport. They couldn't have been more accommodating to us. We had a late check in, so we were forwarded on details of how to get in and get to our room, and then anything else was sorted in the morning. It just made getting in that night so much more easier and calmer. You're a short walk from everything at this property. I love hitting all the sights and galleries and museums, and we were no more than a 30 min walk from everything really. There's numerous restaurants and cafes in the area, you're only about a 20 min walk from a huge nightlife area, there's little tourist shops around the corner so I could get souvenirs for everyone back home, and loads of places to go shopping for yourself as well! Not to mention, we happened to go when the weather was 33 degrees Celsius everyday and we're white Irish so we really don't cope well in that heat, so the air con in the room was AMAZING. I saw someone complain about their view being into a little courtyard, but I had that view and I thought it was cute. Besides I'm not staying in the room for the view, I'm staying in the room to sleep and wash, I'm leaving the room for views. I HIGHLY recommend this spot, especially for the fantastic price right in the middle of Rome.

There's nothing I didn't really like. One of the lights started flickering in the middle of the week, I think the bulb was going and that was pretty much it, and it didn't even bother us.

Great staff, great location, huge apartment was plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out, clean and comfortable enough for our 2 night stay.

No water pressure and hot water in shower hard to control. Not as clean or modern looking as what was in the photos a little tired, though this is personal preference based on someone’s living at home conditions, so don’t be deterred just my point of view.

In my opinion, there are two major areas to see in Rome: Vatican & Colosseum. La Residenza Dell'Angelo's location is smack in the middle of the these two areas. You can also take buses to train station very easy. On top of that, we got very clean room and big beds. There are great restaurants close by. The hotel manager Mikaela and her team are so nice, they talk to us and let us know what to do & what not to do. I highly recommend this place for any future traveler who wants to stay in Rome.

We had a lovely stay at La Residenza Dell'Angelo. It's a great location - practically across the river from Castel Sant'Angelo, but also easy walking distance from a lot of the tourist spots in Rome. Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. (They went above and beyond with helping us get an item back that we had left in the room.)

If I could change just one thing, it would be to have a slightly clearer sign by the door. We were a bit jet lagged when we arrived and it took us a moment to figure out which door we needed.

The location was perfect. You can travel to central Rome with all the touristy spots and also walk to the Vatican. It's close to 2 bus stops, so getting to other areas is accessible.

Depending on which room you get, especially if you are on the ground floor, be ready for traffic noise outside until late in the night. I recommend packing a sleeping mask, but if you are on the upper floors, the noise should not be that bad.

Very comfy, the room the gave me was down Via Paolo on the Main Street following the river; I could see the Spanish castle out my window! Though on the street, it was not noisy. Great location and easy to find. Very clean with daily service. A very kind mother and son managed the place and were very accessible.

I was a little unsure when told I my room was in another building, but it worked out well! Also, that there are 2 buildings is mentioned in their write-up, I just overlooked it.
