I liked the choice of pillows. The bed was fairly hard, but oddly comfortable. The room had a fridge, but no kettle. There was a kettle in the snack area next to the reception which was really great! Good water pressure in the shower. Super clean room, modern decor. The location was amazing - walking distance to the main attractions, loads of bars and restaurants. The best pasta in Rome is 100 metres away - Labottega Pastificio con Cucina Roma!

Please please please provide larger cups for tea drinkers! I had to use two cups each time just to get enough tea for myself. And maybe replace the single-use cups with normal, ceramic cups. We could certainly hear people walking around and slamming doors, as well as some noise from the street - revving motorbikes and such. It wasn't too bothersome, though.

Veronica welcome us to the room and took time to show us the map of Rome with all the key area's, then followed up with a list of Cafe's and Restaurants for us to try. With them all meeting the praises The common room with tea/coffee facilities handy, with the snacks available was a treat. Plus the free water and soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch

Air Conditioner (under the window) in the room was very loud

Location was great with easy access by bus or walking to most places. A real hairdryer (yay) and good supply of towels. The staff Victoria, Roxana, Antonio (2) and Tatiana were very helpful and it was always easy to find someone if you needed help or had questions. Very quiet with the sound proofing. Showers were good with lots of power as well. The mini fridges were cold enough to keep medicine cold that need to be refrigerated ( ie daily injections) .there are many bars to get cappuccino/ cornetto in the morning within 5 minutes. I hope there will be room there for my next visit.

The pillows weren’t too comfortable but it could have just been my neck.

The location was great! Only 10 minute walk to St. Peter’s and about 20 minutes to everything else. There is a bus stop though very close and it was a breeze getting there from the train station. The rooms were really clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Always quick to answer any questions. They had plenty of tea and coffee options. Creamer as well which was nice! The snacks were a great variety too and unexpected. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t have the amount of beds requested when we arrived, but they quickly fixed it the next day.

Everything was perfect! The check-in was very smooth, all the staff we met were very friendly, the room was super clean and big enough for two, and the accommodation was at walking distance to almost all the attractions. The staff who checked us in gave us plenty of recommendations about where to eat and we loved the places he recommended and had perfect dinners; we didn’t have to search for other places. No breakfast is served, but there is a coffee area in the lobby where you can get coffee, tea, plenty of snacks and cakes any time during your stay; that was very generous! Will book again if we travel to Rome in the future.

While the hotel may come with a higher price tag, its prime location in the heart of the city makes it worth every penny. Being centrally situated means that all the major attractions are just a stone's throw away, allowing us to explore the city without the need for public transportation. And all the best street-restaurants and bars are located very close to this hotel, my advise is don't go far away trying to find better:) Our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. Cleaning every day. Nice view. Friendly people.

However, one minor drawback to note is the early morning cleaning, which started at 8 or 9 am and created noise. And be prepared that tourist service tax is charged for each person when he is in other hotels behind the room 7 eur per day+person.

The location is amazing. Just a 5 min walk to the Vatican. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted at the outside door by Anthony and he even helped us carry our luggage up to the floor where our room was located. Very courteous and friendly staff and always available for any help or request. I highly recommend staying here and when I’m back in Rome this is the place I will be staying at again

The staff of the hotel was really healpfull from the fist moment of the reservation and very kind. They helped us will any information or details that we needed. On our arrival they communicated with us for extra information, if needed. Guided us on where to go and how and with many details on what to visit in the city. The area of the rooms is really good one, really close to all of the basic attractions one tourist would like to visit. The rooms are very cosy and clean. I recomend this place

Excellent location. 10 min walk to Vatican City, 15 min walk to Trastevere and around 25/30 walk to the colosseum. No issues at all with street noise which from reading reviews of other places located in the centre sounds like a rarity. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were given some recommendations on bars/restaurants to try and they did not let us down. Apartment was clean and had great facilities. Overall I would definitely stay here again and would recommend booking this apartment to anyone.

Huge, modern room in a great location! The staff were also all lovely and easy to get a hold of.

Because it’s in the city there can be bugs - I only saw one once but it definitely made me double check my surroundings everyday.
