Big room for 3 people. Nice location. Great breakfast with many options.

Bathroom was cold because radiator was off.

The property was in probably the best location it could be. We are roughly 30 mins walking distance to almost every attraction. Colosseum, the Pantheon, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps! This has given us the advantage of early starts and beating the queues and coming back in time for a midday rest before heading out to tasty evening meals. The staff was also exceptional! Lilliana has gone above and beyond to solve problems and she was smiling, friendly and helpful at all times. She truly made us feel welcome.

The first couple of nights the aircon was not working and February cold got to us. But this has resolved quickly and we were comfortable for the rest of the stay.

Liliana was a wonderful host and did everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were able to drop off our luggage earlier than check-in time. The room was comfortable, and the location to the attractions of Rome was superb. Our window looked right toward the Tiber River. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made cappuccinos. Be aware that there is NO parking, so you need to pay for parking at the nearby parkade at €38 per 24 hours. I would happily stay here again if I was visiting Rome.

There was a renovation at the building's façade, nothing too disturbing, but I would love to be informed before :) During the breakfast, they prepared full breakfast only for us (we were 3), which is wonderful. Anyhow, there was only 2 small Nutellas and when we asked for an other one, the answer was no Nutella left. OK it is not something serious, but kind of disturbing. How it can be difficult to supply Nutella for 3 of us in Italy?

Everything was perfect – the bed was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The instructions for self-check-in were clear and easy to follow.

A few days before our arrival, I received suspicious links and messages through the Booking app, warning that our reservation would be canceled if I don’t make a payment. Since the accommodation had already charged my card I double-checked with the property, before clicking on link and they confirmed it was a scam. I just wanted to share this as a cautionary note to be careful of such messages. That was the only issue that bothered me during the process.

Liliana was very welcoming and caring. She let us keep our luggage before check-in time and also checked with us if we need umbrella(It was raining that day). She is very sweet and was always checking with us if we need anything. Location is very nice. Vatican and Piazza Navona is very near. Pantheon and other spots are near too if you are ready to walk 20-30 mins. Two Bus stops are near to the property. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It was a small room but enough for 2 people. Breakfast was delicious. We would love to go there again.

The young woman working in the front desk was friendly and she made delicious eggs and cappuccinos for us in the morning. Location is walking distance to Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Castel Sant'Angelo, and great restaurants. The size of the room and bathroom were larger than average compared to the typical hotel rooms you will find in Rome.

I had some trouble finding the front desk when I first got there, so I had to call to find the right spot. Clearer instructions on how to find the correct building would be helpful. But besides that, everything was great!

The accommodation itself is excellent; we enjoyed the spacious room, comfy beds, and the feeling of being at home. We liked the staff; they were very friendly and easy to communicate with about anything we needed. As a bonus, on the last day, due to our early departure (at 8 am), breakfast was served earlier so we could catch the cab.

The street noise can be heard in the evenings, but it is far from being a problem - none of us (two adults, a toddler and a baby) had a problem during the nights because of the noise.

Rome and Domus Giulia was my partner and my first stop on our holiday. The location was perfect- with views of the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions/ restaurants! We loved that it wasn’t too busy/loud around this location but that you are still so close to everything. The staff were incredible! Very helpful and always happy to answer any questions we had! We loved the breakfast in the morning- awesome selection and we could order eggs/coffee which was great! Will definitely stay here again The rooms were comfortable and clean- a great place to relax after a day of walking

Communication from staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Had a boutique bed and breakfast type feel. Elevator to bring up luggage. Secure, in that it takes 3 locks to get into the BnB. Very good location...easy walk to Campo dei Fiore, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. 15 minute walk from the Vatican. Next to the Tiber River. A good value for Rome.

In August, our room was very hot. The west sun came through the large window, and it did not even cool down at night, even though the AC was on 16. It was not possible to turn the temperature down lower than that. 16 should have been cool enough, but it wasn't, and there was nothing we could do. Keep in mind that there is no one on the premises between about 3:00 and 7:00 AM. They do explain that, though, in the room description, and you can contact staff if necessary.
