The location was great. It was in a calmer part of the city, but all the touristic attractions were easy to reach.

The rooms are directly on a busy road. Therefor it was unpleasant to open the window. The rooms were not smelling nice, so it would have been great to open the window to let the fall air in. They did hang an artificial smell dispenser in the outlet, but personally I do not like that. I rather have it smell clean. Or fresh.

The very clear instructions for self check in, the welcome with prosecco, the kindness, the big bed, beautiful room, friendly staff, clean, very good, tasty and big choice for breakfast. Unfortunately we arrived very late at breakfast the second day but they did everything so that we still had all the choice and they waited for us to finish to take everything away, a special thanks for that!! 🥰 And last but not least the location was very good. A lot of places to visit less than 20-30 minutes walking.

Not their fault, but there were children running up and down at the floor above, just above my head....that is a pity, because that was a little stressful but for the rest everything was perfect! And just a little thing for the shower head that needs to be fixed, could not put it higher...but there was still the nice rain shower though.

Excellent location to visit the most fasctinating places of Rome and just a short walk to Trastever for dinner. Very comfy beds, decent continental breakfast and wonderful staff.

Every time we left the room the heating raised automatically to 28 °C despite us regulating it manually when in the room. This was a very uncomfortable temperature, especially considering the shock when coming from the cooler weather outside. We missed the shower gel being replaced and had to end up using the hand soap on our last day. Thankfully we had brought our own shampoo.

- Exceptional staff - very friendly and helpful when it came to helping with luggage storage/airport shuttle. Perfect English. - I appreciated the ability to whatsapp with them, particularly since they are not 24/7 at the front desk. - Very nice location a little bit away from the crowds and noise - Breakfast was great and we appreciated the coffee/lounge amenities within our building. - Room/bed was very clean and comfortable.

- Minor inconvenience that breakfast is in a different building about 5 minutes away, but it is an easy walk and not a big deal unless you are someone with mobility limitations. - The bathroom sliding door lock was a little finicky and at one point we accidentally locked ourselves out because the lock caught when my family member closed the door a little too hard (thankfully we were able to get it open again with some craftiness).

The location is great because is central, close to everything but accesible and with lots of public transportation around. Although it is next to a main road it is quiet and chill. We appreciate that every day we would get complementary water bottles. Although the room was small it was spacious. Breakfast is good with although limited, tasty options.

The ac was a bit noisy and the minibar does not chill properly.

We have the deluxe river view unit. We liked it a lot. The location is close to all the historical attractions you’d want to visit as a tourist. The host was great as they explained and gave us a map on where to visit and how to get there. Room was clean and comfortable. Shared areas were also clean. The breakfast was a block or two away, but it was very good.

This hotel offers a very pleasant stay with a nice room and an excellent and safe location close to key attractions like the Vatican and Colosseum which are definitely walkable. The staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. Breakfast, though at a separate location, is within a 10-minute reach.

The only thing to note is there are 2 steps to climb to get to the main door and then once in an additional 11 steps without a handrail to get the check-in lobby. Be ready to handle your luggage on your own if you overpacked as we did.

All main tourist attractions are within walking distance, so great location. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed. The staff is very nice and tries to adapt to the customers. Breakfast is simple but delicious. You can make coffee or tea for free. A bottle of water is left when cleaning the room.

Sound insulation is quite poor. Other hotel guests can be heard behind the wall, as well as sounds from the corridor. Although the bed is very large, the mattress is flat.

Francesca was a great host. Very patient and caring. She went long ways to make everything as good as possible during our stay. The location is very good, as you can leave the hotel and visit a lot of attractions by walking distance. Room is comfortable and have good sound isolation.

The rooms are inside a normal building, which is not really a bad thing. Breakfast is in a separate building, but it is very close as well, just to keep in mind if you consider that important.

The spacious and contemporary room boasted an exceptionally large bed, possibly the widest I've ever slept on. Despite our check-in falling outside the standard hours, the provided self-check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The breakfast, hosted at their nearby hotel within a short 3-5 minute walk, offered limited options, yet the quality and taste of the food were delightful. The reception team exhibited exceptional friendliness and warmth throughout our stay.
