A lovely room on the first floor, clean, big comfy bed. Mini bar with fair prices. Good air conditioning and very nice and helpful staff. This is a guest house which has set times for staff but all communication is done through WhatsApp and they respond very quickly to any questions or issues. The local area has many bars and restaurants frequented by locals. The pasta place on the bottom floor has some of the best food we've eaten anywhere. Technically it's a shop but you can eat there. Highly recommend.

Pillows were a little flat but not too uncomfortable.

Stayed in Palazzo Medusa 8 days, was traveling by myself and had a singe room, rather small but just great for 1 person. Location is great, walking around everywhere, from 1min you have busses, 5min and you are in Campo dei Fiori, 10min-15min to great attractions. Bathroom was very well-sized for being for such a small room, fresh, daily cleaning. Coffe places, lunch, pasta, great pastry shop all available just outside of the building. Great value for money.

Only 2 things: the bed or rather the mattress that was too hard for me and the heating - the radiator it could get boiling hot and the tiny room was like an oven. Tried controlling the unit, but seemed like it was controlled from somewhere else, centrally?

Palazzo Medusa is lovely. The location is central for all the top sites to see in Rome. The room was well equipped and of a good size. It can be a little noisy in the evening, so better to close the windows. There are no eating facilities at the hotel but there are so many bars, restaurants, snack bars very close it is not an issue. The Whats App facility provided is brilliant and provides a really useful way on getting things organised and keeping you informed. Valentina (the receptionist) was brilliant, she has very good customer service skills and is extremely helpful and friendly.

Noisy traffic, but when you choose a city centre location, you have to expect some noise.

The room was very clean, very quiet, and comfortable. It was a little small, but that's fine because there was only two of us. A/C works super well, they restocked our fridge with waters every day free, and the bathroom was clean and classy. They were extremely responsive and helpful during the check in/arrival process. Joshua met us upon check in and gave us a "101" on the city and how-to for certain things we were interested in doing. He also gave us an extensive list of food options that they recommend and organized it into categories. Very helpful, very comfortable!

The staff were the best we encountered on the whole trip. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was not included, however, an electric water kettle and instant coffee, and water bottles along with a small refer were in the room Location was good and grocery store and good restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful.

The walls seem thin and at times was a little noisy.

Location was fantastic!!! You can walk to all the main sites and near many of the squares for food and drink. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated that even though I checked in late the member of staff was happy to answer all my questions and point out key areas on the map. I also liked that it was a secure building and I felt very safe. It felt very homely which was what I was looking for. The room was perfect size for me and I had a very comfortable stay, especially liked the bathroom and cleanliness. I would stay here again!

Nothing that can be done about this but the floorboards were a little creaky so I could hear all movements upstairs. It personally didn’t cause me any issues.

A marvelous location, especially for first-time visitors to Rome: walkable to most tourist sites, great restaurants, and more. Easy to get there from Roma Termina (choice of 2 buses with the bus stop less than 5 minutes away from the hotel). Special thanks to Lorezo and Valentina for making my stay so wonderful. I was there 3 days and it felt like home.

We had a terrific stay at Palazzo Medusa! This location was on a lovely, quiet street with several cafes and restaurants near-by, and also within walking distance to main sites of Rome. Our room was comfortable and clean. In addition, Andrea and Luna were very helpful with various questions we peppered them with prior to and during our stay. We felt like we received personalized attention and this assisted in making our Rome adventure more relaxing and enjoyable.

Had the best stay in Palazzo Medusa. Stylish, clean hotel with a roman style. Airconditioning worked perfectly fine. Staff was amazing and helped me get the best recommendations such as restaurants, rooftop bars and many more. Location is superb, everything is within walking distance and there is a bus stop next to the hotel. Would highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is fantastic and allows easy access to the sites. Closest to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop for The Vatican if wanting to use that option during your stay. Hotel is clean and all staff were friendly and attentive, with all requests being dealt with when needed either in person or via the concierge service the hotel provided. Andrea who I dealt with the vast majority of the time during the stay was extremely helpful and provided first class assistance throughout. Highly recommend the hotel for a stay.
