It was clean and smelled good, the beds were comfortable and location is exceptional. The AC works great and the curtains keep the rooms dark

The only problem you might face is the sound coming from the windows, we were very tired when we were coming back home so we didn’t care much, but if you’re over sensitive you will feel uncomfortable. The rest is bearable but worth mentioning: WiFi works very slowly and I mean very slowly and the shower is weird, it either supplier only cold or hot water, you cannot adjust it to your liking for some reason.

the facility met our expectations. it is very safe, in an excellent location, in the pedestrian zone, it is not necessary to use transport. the owner is available and ready to answer any question. the good thing is that you can leave things after checking out of the apartment and come back for them. the only disturbance can be the noise coming from the car because it is located near the road, but this is negligible compared to all the other advantages. I recommend it and I would come again towels were changed every day and garbage was thrown out

No breakfast. Area was central to easy walking access to all tourist sites, shops, cafes etc. Air conditioning worked. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean enough. Water pressure not the best though adequate. Just a place to sleep and shower in Rome.

Only am cleaning attendant. Nobody available at front desk to help with questions a guest may have had. Very small hotel, more like an air BB with a limited (I believe 5 total rooms). First floor apartment with a bus stop immediately in front of room master bedroom along a fairly busy road so road noise always present since first floor apartment.

The host is very responsive & I felt have gone out of his way to help w/suggestions & booked an airport taxi for an early morning departure. It’s centrally located between the major attractions, Trastevere (we ate in that neighborhood every night), and bus stops. The water is right across the street. I felt safe at night either walking or scootering back @8-9p from Trastevere; there are 3 secured doors that you must get thru. I can’t hear the neighbors, up stairs nor from next door; the building is solid. I can hear traffic thru the windows but not a deal breaker. The bathroom is spacious. We are a party of 3 adults, it was tight but we were gone from sun up to sun down.

The location was great, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The host communicated very clear instructions when we arrived. She was polite and friendly.

Our coffee cups were not cleaned, we ran out of toilet paper and our towels were not replaced.

The owner, Andrea couldn't have been more helpful. He even sent me updates on the metro strike as I was coming in on the train and a helpful little video on how to do the self-checkin! The room was very clean, well prepared with fresh towels and toiletries. There's also a fridge if you need it and a kettle to make tea/coffee (provided). Comfy and perfectly located: the Vatican is a 10 minute walk away and Piazza Navona maybe 15, with the Trastevere area close by too.

A bit of city traffic noise at night, but if you've walked around Rome all day as I did you'll be too tired for it to bother you.

excellent location, about 5-10 minute walk from St Peter. Good building and room. Good service: clean, quite, with basic necessities.

Parking is not reserved and if you do not understand how limited transit areas work you may get ticketed. I hope I didn’t. I will know in a few months…

The very central location and a nice cosy room with noise cancellation were really good! The management was pleasant and flexible, attentive to our needs. So we really enjoyed our stay!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I’d just add some spoons for tea and some more hangers to the bathroom, everything else was alright!

Place Is near to ako major locations in the city. The owners of the place are very polite. Free coffee was available at the reception desk. We were able to leave luggage behind the reception desk and pick it up later.

Internet was not good.

Location is the best to walk for both sides, through Vatican and through the historical center. There are supermarkets, sinks for the water, restaurants and bus stop just in front of the building. It is well secured with 4 locks till the room. There is tea and coffee in the room with a little fridge.

Since it is near the main road, there is noise and lights all the night. Bathroom was smelling a bit bad. I have never seen and talked with the staff but they were nice and helpful with the messages.
