Our stay in this centrally located property was fantastic. The location was perfect—right in the middle of the action, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key sights, yet the room itself was quiet and comfortable. The room was beautifully presented, very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and small touches like a coffee station and fast Wi-Fi made a big difference. A huge thank you to our host, Andrea, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made check-in easy, provided great local tips, and went out of her way to ensure we had a smooth experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

Nothing to point out during this stay.

The most incredibly characteristic building with an old style lift. Only a few stairs to get to the lift from the street. Our room looked right across from a duomo and we had views of a castle from our balcony! The common area is so peaceful and the staff were so nice, allowed us to rest and store our luggage when we arrived early. Amazing recommendations for restaurants. We got a taxi via booking.com from the train station then to the airport, but everything else was within walking distance, including all the historic sites and amazing restaurants and cafes. The room itself was luxurious and spacious enough for a cot. Very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful 2 days in Rome. Thanks in large part to the hotel, its location and the most attentive owner Andrea! Andrea, when he found out that my husband was celebrating an anniversary, offered to change our room to a more comfortable one. Then he offered us a quality transfer from the airport to the hotel at a reasonable price, and a transfer was also provided back. We were also offered recommendations for restaurants and they were all excellent! The room was clean and spacious, the towels were soft and fresh, everything we needed was available. After check-out, we were offered to leave our things at the reception until the transfer arrived. I sincerely recommend it to all travelers!

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. The bus stop is just a short walk away, making it simple to get around the city and explore all the sights and attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great choice for travelers looking for a convenient and well-located hotel.

I did run into one issue during my stay - when taking a shower, the water would back up and not drain properly. This led to the shower floor filling up with water, which was inconvenient.

Located on a main road which leads to St Peter's Basilica, and Castel Sant Angelo on the left, and the Vittorio Emanuele Monument on the right, all about 15 mins by bus, and Piazza Navona 10 mins walk away, and the Pantheon not much further away, we found the location very convenient. Another plus is a very nice bakery at the back of the property, Forno Monteforte, and the PAM minimart across the road. There is also a cab rank next to the mini-mart. Pretty convenient all round.

We got the Deluxe double room. Room was nice and had balcony overlooking the church. Nice location, close to Piazza Navona. Air con was great to use in the warm days in September. We used the laundromat nearby (lavenderia), and went to Da Francesco and Mariuccia for dinners which i recommend. We were also permitted to leave our luggage after check out time which was great as our train was in the afternoon.

For people with luggage - note that when you enter the building, you have one set of stairs (approx 10 steps) then you have the elevator up. The fountain in Piazza navona was scafolded during our stay unfortunately but this isnt in hotels control, just an FYI. Also, for the girlies who like to blow dry their hair, I recall the hair dryer was quite small.

We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time in Rome. The location was perfect—close to everything we planned to visit, yet in a very safe and quiet area, which allowed us to relax without being disturbed by street noise. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The host, Andrea was extremely helpful and provided us with great recommendations on where to eat. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

Perfect location, in foot distance to Plaza Navons, Pantheon, fountain Trevi. A lot of bars , restaurants nearby. The bus stop is in front of the building with bus routes to Termini railway station or Vatican. Very friendly and helpful staff. We lived in a Very quiet room, although via Vittorio Emmanuel’s was just around the corner. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage till the late evening of the departure day. When we’ll come the next time to Tone will be happy to stay here again.

Although the room was cleaned every day , the trash bin from the bathroom was not taken out even once during our stay. Everything else was great

Everything was modern and clean. The location was excellent as it was only a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to some of the major sites such as the St Peter’s Basilica / Vatican Museum / St Angelo’s Castle and the Pantheon. The owner was attentive and communicated regularly and able to assist with cab bookings, etc.

There can be a bit of street noise due to the location, but we actually didn’t find it to be an issue for us. It was part of the ambiance. Others may not like it, but that’s art of being in a great location.
