This place has the Charm of an old Build with the amenities of what you would want in a Modern amenities. Host allowed our bags to be stored prior to check in time. Room was comfortable wih bathroom included. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Roma so there is easy access to most of the city. Guests need to be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to reach the location. There is an elevator however it is very small and can only allow for 1 guest at a time. I would highly recommend this location to a couple traveling that want to stay in an older historic location that has charm and easy access to the heart of the city.

Staff were absolutely lovely, rooms were clean and considering it is more of a bed and breakfast it was staffed really well - the staff also gave some great food and activity recommendations and were extremely insightful about the history of Rome as well as current events, spoke lots of languages too. Location was a 10/10, close to all attractions and close to food, restaurants, public transport etc. Brilliant option for anyone travelling to Rome on more of a budget. I highly reccomend Mimi e Coco to eat right next to the hotel and across from that restaurant a pruchutto shop which was delicious!

Only issue we had was that we arrived early and checkin was slightly unclear - make sure to go up the elevator instead of the stairs upon checkin. We arrived a lot earlier than expected so not staffs fault at all! The hotel is located on the top floor but the door into the hotel at the top of the stairs was locked (need keycard access) and would be hard for staff to hear you’re there, the elevator will however take you straight to a little balcony that accesses the hotel and as long as you arrove prior to 1pm the staff should be able to see you (:

Location great, not far from Piazza Navona. Nice breakfast, not the same thing every day. Room & shower good. Instructions to get in were good. Elevator is a little quirky, when you get out, you are outside, but not a problem.

Great location, staff were friendly

For first timers it’s very hard to locate the facility there should be signs in the highway downstairs and more clarity on how to access the place it’s a little scary

The location was amazing - popular sites, public transportation, restaurants, everything! I was in an attic room which is small, but perfect for just me! The bed was comfortable and the room service added a homey touch each day. Harrison was an excellent host and made sure to check in with me at breakfast. He also prepared a small breakfast for my departure day as I was leaving before breakfast started. Harrison also provided great recommendations!

The tv doesn’t provide a ton of options for channels, but that’s okay! :)

The property had an amazing location right near Piazza Navona, and puts you within a 20-30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride to the main monuments like the Vatican, Colosseum, Parthenon, etc. The property is quaint, with very clean rooms and all the facilities to be comfortable. If you are running around Rome, this is a great place to rest. The free breakfast every day was delicious, and Harrison at the front desk is spectacular (we even shared a name!). He is very attentive and provided great service the entire time, and made the contactless check in super easy. If/when I return to Rome, I will stay here again. Would highly recommend to any solo/pairs traveling to Rome.

I am taller than average and I knowingly booked a loft on the top floor, so the ceiling getting into bed was on the lower side for me but overall easy to handle!

We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Lupardi Relais! The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The guesthouse itself is charming, with rooms cleaned daily and a very good breakfast each morning. The only downside for us was the attic room — while it had character, the stairs leading up to it were quite steep and, honestly, a bit dangerous. I wouldn’t recommend the attic rooms for elderly guests or families with young children. Aside from that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

The location is absolutely fantastic. The building is old but still has a modern feel. I loved the terracotta floors and old wooden beams in the ceiling, added to the sense of staying in an old building with history. The host was very helpful and always willing to give advice on where to eat as well as what to eat to get the proper feel of living life like a Roman. Refreshingly, he was as interested in where I came from and culture as I was in his. I would thoroughly recommend Palazzo Lupardi Relais and will certainly be booking for my next visit to Rome.

First, The staff were excellent. He even helped us find local spots for eat and things to do. Overall they made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was good, especially for being complementary and compared to hotels in the US. The coffee was also made to order. The rooms were nice, and the location was ideal for reaching everything around Rome.

It was slightly difficult to check in. But once following the instructions for self check in it was a breeze. The stairs may be an issue for some people. But there is an elevation to help.

The location was absolutely brilliant. Walking distance to all the top sights. Lot of bars and restaurant choices near by. Very clean, good breakfast and Harrison was amazing. Gave us lots of good advice and recommendations.

We would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea in our room of an evening and maybe a little stronger air conditioning as it was very hot!
