The location was perfect. Restaurants, stores,pharmacies, and shops surround the place.. VERY close to all the places we wanted to visit.. Daniel and Marvin were available every time we needed help. Both were kind and professional. MY request for an early check in was granted. They both respond to.communications promptly. MARVIN guided us where to visit and dine. Joey and the rest of the crew kept our room clean every day. They also let us borrow their weighing scale. Although the building is old but our.room was.updated. PAssepartout was part of our unforgetably awesome.vacation in Rome.

Although it's necessary, the construction and the banging for a part of the day were loud .

Mervin, the desk clerk was exceedingly helpful. The manager, Daniel, also did what he could to make our stay in Rome more enjoyable. The hotel is on a beautiful street with restaurants, cafés, Frigidarium gelato store, a tiramisu shop, and several vintage and antique shops. Great security.

The hotel reception is on the second floor. When coming in the front door at night, at first sight the ground floor of the old building looks worn and a bit dingy, but once you go up the elevator, you find the hotel quite nice and comfortable.

Very good location, right next to famous tiramisu and Frigidarium gelato. Cleaned every day, and was generally very clean. Modern and new, huge bathroom. Carrefour right next door is a huge plus, we sometimes bought breakfast there. The only thing you need to be aware of is that you need to take a short stair up to the rooms from the elevator. This was fine for us and not a problem at all, but should be taken into consideration if stairs are a problem. There was also a taxi stop right behind the building, which was very convinient for getting to airport. All taxis in Rome have same rate for airport.

This property was so unique and puts you in the perfect location to explore Rome. There is a market and restaurants right below you. (great if you are traveling with kiddos and want to be closer to your hotel for dinner) We loved the modern design. Not only was it a great stay but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Marvin gave us a list of great places to see and eat in the city. He also mapped it out for us so it was easy to find and plan day by day. (or how to do as much as possible in the two days we had). Let me tell you, listen to those recommendations! They really are great restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel!

I truly loved this hotel, it’s an old building so it is a bit noisy when people come in or on the streets outside. that really doesn’t bother us, because I think that’s what you get when you are in the hustle and bussle of Italy. (only mentioning this if you are someone who really needs a quiet space).

Incredibly Clean - room, bathroom, reception and public areas. Ideal Location - 20 minute or less walk to sites. There are also many restaurants nearby. Friendly and Helpful - staff was young and very eager to assist. Hair dryer, plenty of towels and mini refrigerator in our room was really nice. Secure - code to get in the building and another code to get onto each floor.

Nothing - Loved it! (Something to be aware of if you have issues with steps is that you do walk up one flight once inside to get to reception. Then from reception 1/2 a flight to get to the lift. Also, if you are on the top floor you will have to walk up another 1/2 flight to get to that floor.)

The rooms were lovely and very large. We stayed in the apartment ate wete really happy with the size of it. The man at the desk (Marvin?) Was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He gave us maps and info on the areas. The location couldn't be better and is in the middle of everything. This is the best area in Rome to stay in.

The most spacious place I’ve ever stayed!! Very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended tourist attractions and provided a map. The moment you walk in, you feel looked after. Shops and restaurants out the front are great and one in particular has the best gelato. Long lines form when it’s really busy.

Very spacious, clean room with high ceilings and arty design. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a safe. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. There is also a heating system in the room, so it was always warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful ♥️ We had an early arrival, but we were checked into a prepared room.

It's very noisy. I understand that tourist streets with bars are always like this, so I don't mean noise in the evening. I was very surprised that since 6 a.m., the sounds of repair works can be heard literally from everywhere. So be prepared to fall asleep late and wake up early)

It is all about expectations connected to a price. In other capital cities in Europe you will get much higher standard for the cost, but that’s Rome! So embrace it and enjoy. I loved our room, the mix of modern and old Rome touch. The bathroom was new and clean! The location is fantastic. But it was also service, from cleaning ladies to receptionists - I need to name Marvin, who was so friendly and helpful. If you arrive after the reception is closed, you get very good instructions how to self check-in, with video! We managed to come before that and received warm welcome with cool tips what to do.

Only thing which bothered me in the room was the sofa, which looked cheap and it was not possible to close it fully. Oh and windows do not block sound from the streets much. But after all the Rome adventures we slept like babies anyway 😉.
